What a great day hanging out with tamariki, getting pēpi cuddles and watching everyone’s yummy cake creations 🍰 Big ups to Māmā Connect for putting the mahi in for the community 🩷

What a fantastic morning in Hokitika! 🌈🎂

A huge thank you to everyone who came along and connected with us today at our Kids Cake Decorating Workshop.

There was plenty of colour, creativity, connection and some seriously impressive cakes! 🧁✨

We loved seeing everyone getting stuck in and creating something special to take home and share with their whānau.

A very big thank you to Kim from Box of Delights Lolly Shop for facilitating the workshop and sharing her skills with us 💕 and to New World Hokitika for generously sponsoring the cakes for today’s workshop.

We’re also so grateful to Amy from Plunket West Coast for lending a helping hand, and to Jo and Sally for helping keep our tamariki happy and entertained while the decorating was underway. 🥰

It was such a lovely day of connection, creativity and fun, exactly what Māmā Connect is all about. 💗

📍 Greymouth — you’re up tomorrow!
We can’t wait to see you and see what you create! 🎂🎉

Ngā mihi nui to everyone who helped make today happen. 💕
