🏴‍☠️🏴‍☠️🏴‍☠️

The tamariki decorated pirate hats, raised the pirate flag and had a go at walking the plank.

It was also our last session for Term 3. Thanks to everyone who has joined us this term, we’ve really enjoyed having you along and look forward to welcoming you back for Term 4!

Te Wiki o Te Reo Māori

We had a lovely time celebrating Te Wiki o Te Reo Māori at playgroup!

Our tamariki made their own poi, listened and danced along to waiata, enjoyed dressing up and, of course, did plenty of our usual playing, exploring and having fun together.

We’ve also added some new Te Reo Māori resources, books and posters to playgroup, giving us lots of opportunities to keep using and enjoying Te Reo Māori together.

Tākaro, Ako, Tūhura! Play, Learn, Discover!

Te Wiki o te Reo Māori | Māori Language Week

This week we’re celebrating te Reo Māori through music, waiata, stories and everyday words we can share with our tamariki. 💛

It’s a lovely opportunity to learn together, have a go, and weave a little more te reo into our play and conversations.

We’d love to see you at Playgroup this week!
