Another massive thank you to New Zealand Community Trust (NZCT) for their generous and much needed funding for our wonderful Volunteer Coordinators - Hannah and Leigh! This funding support helps Amitabha continue to provide free essential in home support and companionship to vulnerable people within the Auckland community. We would also like acknowledge the helpful contribution that Aucklands responsible gaming venues make in partnership with the New Zealand Community Trust 🙏

This week, Amitabha Hospice Service joins hospices across New Zealand to recognise Hospice Awareness Week.

At Amitabha, hospice is more than care at the end of life. It is connection, comfort, and aroha that surrounds people and their whānau through every stage of serious illness.

As the need for hospice support grows, the kindness of our community makes this care possible. Every donation, volunteer hour, and act of support helps us continue providing free support to local people and their loved ones.
