Village Collective Equipping our Pacific youth with knowledge, tools and resources relating to sexual health, wellbeing and respectful relationships.

Village Collective acknowledges the changing face of Pacific people and, the challenges and opportunities our people are dealing with everyday in the urban village. Based in Counties Manukau, our aim is to deliver high quality Comprehensive Relationships & Sexuality Education (C.R.S.E) programmes and promote health & wellbeing across Auckland, New Zealand through Education, Health Promotion and Advocacy. Village Collective continues to equip and support Pasefika peoples to:

- Take care of their Sexual and Reproductive Health needs
- Have healthy relationships
- Develop personal and interpersonal skills for now and the future

Our programmes are:

- Founded on Pasefika family values
- Clinically sound health information
- Packaged in Youth Culture
- Delivered by competent educators.

Na noqu vosa me tekivu mai vale ka me’u na vosataka e na veisiga.
My language starts at home and I need to speak it every day.

Language is strengthened when we use it. Whether it’s speaking with family, greeting a friend, singing a hymn, sharing a prayer, or simply learning a new phrase, every word helps keep a language alive.

Te ‘Gana Tuvalu is more than words. It is memory, belonging, and the footsteps of those who came before us guiding those yet to come. 🇹🇻💙

Throughout this Tuvalu Language Week, we celebrate the language, songs, prayers, stories and traditions that continue to connect Tuvaluan communities across oceans and generations. In every greeting shared, every hymn sung, and every story passed from elder to child, culture continues to live and flourish.

Like a basket woven with care, our language carries treasured memories, lessons and identity. It reminds us where we come from while giving us the strength to move forward with pride. Wherever life may take us, may we continue to carry Te ‘Gana Tuvalu close to our hearts, sharing its beauty with the generations who follow.
