📌 PussN Boots Kitty Rescue – Auction Rules
Welcome to our charity auction. Every bid helps us rescue, rehabilitate, and rehome cats in need. By participating, you agree to the rules below.
1. How to Bid
All bids must be placed in the comments of the auction post on the PnB Kitty Rescue Auction page
Please bid in whole dollar amounts.
Each new bid must be higher than the previous bid.
If you accidentally place an incorrect bid, reply to your own comment to clarify.
2. Auction Closing
Each item will have a clearly stated closing date and time.
Facebook timestamps will determine the winning bid.
Any bids posted after the closing time will not be counted. Auction closes 5pm Thursday 19th February 2026
3. Winning Bidders
The highest valid bid at closing wins.
Winners will be contacted via Facebook Messenger within 24–48 hours.
If we do not receive a response or payment within 48 hours, the item may be offered to the next highest bidder.
4. Payment
Accepted payment methods: Cash on pickup/delivery or bank transfer to PussN Boots Kitty Rescue 06-0837-0408374-00
Payment must be completed within 48 hours of receiving your winner notification.
5. Item Pickup / Delivery
Items must be collected within seven (7) days] unless otherwise arranged.
Any shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
6. No Refunds or Exchanges
All items are donated and sold as-is.
Because this is a charity fundraiser, all sales are final.
7. Behaviour & Fairness
Please bid only if you genuinely intend to purchase.
Any rude, abusive, or disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the auction.
We reserve the right to remove bids that appear fraudulent or violate the rules.

Every dollar raised goes directly toward:
Food and supplies
Vet care and medications
Spay/neuter services
Emergency rescues
Foster support
