Rotaract District 3292, Nepal & Bhutan proudly presents Dr. Yam Bahadur Roka, MBBS, MS, MCh Neurosurgery, IFAANS, Skull & Vascular Fellow, as the Guest Speaker for President Night 2026.

A distinguished neurosurgeon, academician, author, and leader in the field of neurosurgery, Dr. Roka brings a remarkable journey of service, leadership, and excellence to the President Night stage.

He has served as the Immediate Past President of the Nepalese Society of Neurosurgeons, Vice Chair – Trauma at the Asian Australasian Society of Neurological Surgeons, and a committee member of the World Federation of Neurosurgical Societies. He currently serves as Professor & Head of Neurosurgery at GMC Pokhara.

His contributions have been recognized with prestigious honors including the President of Nepal Suprabal Janasewa Sri Medal, Government of Nepal Vidhya Bhusan Ka, Icons of Healthcare Singapore, and the Indo-Nepal Shiromani Award.

With over 120 medical publications and 12 volumes of poetry, his work reflects a unique blend of medical expertise, leadership, and creativity.
