Meet Rosika — a bright, talented, and spontaneous 15-year-old student from a marginalized community. 🌸

With support from Her International, she is continuing her education and pursuing her dreams with confidence and joy. Here, she shares her beautiful voice by singing a Hindi film song — a reflection of her talent, courage, and vibrant spirit. 🎶✨

Rosika is not only smart and hardworking, but also full of life and hope for the future. We are proud to stand beside young girls like her as they rise, learn, and shine. 💛

We love you, Rosika! Keep singing, keep smiling, and keep dreaming big. 🌟

🎓 300 Women. 10 Mothers Groups. Graduation Day.

On April 24, 2026, we celebrated the graduation of 300 women from our 4-Month Financial Literacy Program in Gadhawa Rural Municipality.

These women came in wanting to learn. They learned to read, write, budget, plan, and save. But what stood out most on graduation day wasn't the certificates — it was who ran the room.

The ceremony was organized and emceed by the participants themselves. Women who began the program unable to write their own names stood on stage and spoke — clearly, confidently, without assistance.

That is not a small thing. 💙
📌 A few things that made this day special:
✅ 300 graduates across 10 Mothers Groups
✅ Participants organized and led the entire ceremony
✅ Skills covered: financial management, budgeting, business planning, savings, and health awareness
✅ Supported by: Her International, ISVG-2 Program Liesbeth Nagelkerke, SureCall Contact Centers, Stichting Maha Mata Nederland, & RFEF Program Diana Groffen

CP Nepal currently works with 80+ Mothers Groups and 2,200+ mothers across life skills and micro-credit programs. Financial literacy isn't a bonus — it's the foundation.

The women aren't just asking for more. Other Mothers' Groups are knocking on the door, asking for the same program. The demand is real and growing.

To our donors and supporters — thank you. From the 300 graduates and the entire CP Nepal family: without your generosity, this would not have been possible. 🙏
💛 Special thanks to our generous donors:

We Create Program - Graduation Ceremony

On behalf of Creating Possibilities Nepal, we celebrated the graduation of 86 adolescents who completed the We Create Program.

Since August 22, 2024, 86 participants from four groups have met every Friday and Saturday to work through 19 chapters. They showed up, did the work, and fully participated in it through to the end. These were catalytic sessions, not lectures, but spaces where young people were pushed to think, reflect, and act differently.
The ceremony itself was run by the participants; they organized it, led it, and stood in front of the room with a kind of ease that wasn't there when they started. Certificates were handed out to all 86 graduates.

We were joined by Shyam Bishwokarma, Education Officer of Gadhawa Rural Municipality, and CPN Director Dinesh Raj Sapkota, who both spoke to the young people about finding direction in their careers.

The program is supported by Her International and targets young people between 13 and 18. It focuses on life skills and leadership, things like decision-making, managing relationships, and understanding yourself, areas that school rarely makes room for. Most classroom time goes toward passing exams and scoring marks. This program tried to fill what that leaves out: helping young people think about who they are, what they want, and how to get there.

Participants didn't just sit through lessons. They worked through real challenges and had to apply what they learned in practical situations.

86 young people completed the full program. That's a number worth taking seriously.

Creating Possibilities Nepal (CPN) successfully concluded its 19th Annual Staff Meeting, bringing together the full team to reflect on progress and plan ahead.

The first session focused on staff appraisal, led by Board Secretary Mandar Shikhar Banerjee. The second session covered program and project review and financial analysis. Teams presented SWOT analyses and shared key updates from the past year.

In the last year, major work by CPN included directly supporting 707 students and reaching 2,341 families through mother group members. The organization also provided 19 bicycles and engaged 328 participants during Maghi through different events such as football, chocolate race, musical chair, and tug of war. CPN also completed classroom construction with WASH facilities and implemented youth empowerment programs through life skills and technical training. These efforts supported more than 900 women in improving their livelihoods.

Girls’ and women’s health remained a priority, with a focus on menstrual health, Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR), and women’s rights, especially during key awareness days.

Director Dinesh Raj Sapkota emphasized the need for sustainability, focusing on reducing dependency on external funding and strengthening local partnerships for long-term impact. 💡

The meeting also included team-building activities, discussions, and a retreat to Sauraha, Chitwan 🏞️. Activities such as jungle walks and boating helped strengthen team connection.

We are proud of our committed staff, supportive board members, and the continued support of our volunteers and donors. We remain hopeful to reach more beneficiaries and continue meaningful work in the future.
