On 19 March, our colleagues, defenders, Marfa Rabkova, Valiantsin Stefanovic, and Nasta Loika were among 250 political prisoners pardoned in . They should never have been behind bars, and we continue to call for justice for their politically motivated imprisonment, as well as for the release of all 1100+ political prisoners in the country, including our colleague Andrei Aliaksandrau.

19 сакавіка пры садзейнічанні амерыканскага ўраду былі памілаваныя некальні палітвязняў, сярод іх віцэ-прэзідэнт Міжнароднай федэрацыі за правы чалавека (FIDH) Валянцін Стэфановіч, праваабаронца «Вясны» Марфа Рабкова, а таксама праваабаронца Наста Лойка.

Марфа Рабкова знаходзілася за кратамі ў верасня 2020-га году, Валянцін Стэфановіч — з ліпеня 2021 году, Наста Лойка з кастрычніка 2022 году.

: HRHF and Беларускі дом правоў чалавека імя Барыса Звозскава urge Belarus to:

1⃣ Unconditionally release all political prisoners and end arbitrary detention;
2⃣ Immediately cease the repression of civil society, repeal legislation criminalising independent civic activity, and restore the legal existence of forcibly dissolved organisations;
3⃣ Cooperate fully and meaningfully with UN human rights mechanisms, including the Group of Independent Experts and the Special Rapporteur, and implement their recommendations without delay.
