We are starting a new Instagram series where we get to know who and what makes BISO Oslo!
Karrieredagene is only a few days away so we asked them a few questions to get to know them a bit better🤩

“Definitely watching Karrieredagene actually happen! We’ve spent months building this from spreadsheets and email chains into something real. Company sign-ups, floor plans, schedules, and there’s nothing like seeing a hallway full of students talking to recruiters instead of just a plan on a screen. That’s the payoff we’ve been chasing all year.”

“Getting everything locked in before the doors open. We’re talking around 80 companies, lots of students, and a hundred small things that have to click at the exact same time. If one piece slips, a student might miss the one conversation that changes their career path. That’s the pressure we’re carrying right up until the last minute.”

“There’s a great mix on the list this year. Coca Cola and Orkla for anyone into marketing or FMCG, Advokatfirma Elden if law’s on your radar, McKinsey for the consulting crowd, and TV2 if media’s more your thing. Whatever direction you’re headed, there’s a stand worth stopping at.”
