Our invited speaker Anett Winkler will present on how climate change affects (re-)emerging Pathogens and Spoilage Organisms.
Throughout her career at Mondelez International and Cargill, Anett has worked on a wide range of topics, including microbiological process controls, supplier development, food safety programmes, thermal processing, and the safety of low-moisture foods such as chocolate, biscuits, nuts, and cocoa products. She has also played a key role in developing and validating food safety approaches used throughout global supply chains.
In addition to her industry experience, Anett actively contributes to several international food safety organisations, including EHEDG, ILSI Europe, and ICMSF, helping advance best practices and scientific knowledge across the sector.
