The first Thuis Talks of the semester is tonight! 🎉

Thuis Talks are our weekly Thursday events: evenings filled with good food, meaningful connections, and discussions about life & faith. Here’s what you can expect:

🌯Dinner from 19:00-20:00 — food is free, and we always have vegetarian & gluten free options available.

🗣️Discussion from 20:15-21:30 — each week, we have a guided group discussion about life & faith. This semester, we will be exploring what we think God is like (if there is a God), and how those beliefs can shape the world for better & for worse. While the Thuis staff approach these conversations from a Christian perspective, our discussions are best when people from a variety of backgrounds & beliefs share their thoughts & experiences. We want to hear what you think!

🎲Games until 23:00 - after the discussion wraps up, we keep the Thuis building open until 23:00 for continued conversation & board games.

All students are welcome! Whether you come to Thuis Talks once or every week, whether you come just for dinner or stay the whole evening, we hope that you can join. See you soon! ✨

A new semester of Crafts & Conversations starts tomorrow! ✂️🎨✨🥳

Join us from 15:00-16:00 to learn some *origami* together. Whether you’re very social or prefer a more quiet and relaxed setting, everyone is welcome. It’s a cozy, chill space where you can meet people, get creative, or simply enjoy some time together.

No crafting skills or materials required — just show up ☺️

🍕We’re having a pizza & board games night on Thursday, and you’re invited!🍕

Join us this Thursday from 19:00-23:00 for an evening of free pizza & games. Pizza will be ready for you (including vegetarian & gluten free options) at 19:00 before games start around 20:00. Whether you want to play something complex or just want to chill out with a card game, there will be options for you! We’ll also set up the Switch for a Just Dance battle🕺🏼

Looking for your community in Maastricht? Get to know several organizations that provide activities & support for students in one evening!

Together, we will visit the locations of four different faith-based organizations who offer support to students in Maastricht, with some additional groups meeting us along the way. Each location will serve one course of a free, multi-course dinner. All students are welcome! Feel free to join for the whole time, or just meet up with us when you can.

Registration is not required, but it is helpful. If you know you will be joining for any part of the evening, please let us know by signing up at the link in our bio. Hope to see you there!

WE’RE (almost) BACK! 🎉🎉🎉

Thuis officially reopens on Monday 24 August for open study hours. We’re also planning a pizza & board games night that Thursday 27 August, a walking dinner with other student organizations on Sunday 30 August, and our first Thuis Talk on Thursday 3 September. And, of course, we’re preparing all sorts of fun community activities for the upcoming semester!
