Loving Sai Ram, dear brothers and sisters,

On the occasion of World Environment Day, celebrated today (5th June), and as we look forward to World Music Day on 21st June, the Young Adults Forum of Region 5 is delighted to launch the Theme of the Month for June:

“Harmony with Nature & Sai" 🌱🎶

Nature and music are beautiful expressions of the Divine. The songs of birds, the whisper of the wind, the flow of rivers, and the melodies of bhajans all remind us of the harmony that exists in God's creation.

This month, let us strive to:
🌱 Care for and protect our environment
🎵 Fill our hearts with uplifting and devotional music
💚 Express our love for God through service to His creation

As Swami reminds us, "Nature is the vesture of God." By living in harmony with nature and attuning ourselves to divine vibrations, we move closer to Him.

Let us make June a month of gratitude, service, sustainability, and music, creating harmony with Nature, with Sai, and within ourselves.

With Love,
Young Adults Forum

Loving Sai Ram 🙏

By Swami’s grace, on Sunday 3rd May 2026, the YA Forum of Region 5 had the blessing of hosting Mrs. Deepa Tulsidas for a truly powerful and one-of-a-kind wellness workshop: “Disconnect to Reconnect,” held at the Flic en Flac Shiva Temple/ Devotional Group.

From the very beginning, her presence, depth, and authenticity created a positive and safe space where participants could truly pause, reflect, and reconnect with themselves. Through engaging indoor discussions, a silent reflective break, and a refreshing outdoor session by the beach, every moment was intentional and transformative.

With a peak of 45 participants, the impact was deeply felt, leaving everyone not just wanting more, but walking away more aware, more present, and more connected within.

A heartfelt thank you to Mrs. Deepa Tulsidas for such an inspiring session: one that goes beyond words and truly moves people to live self-care and mental well-being.

In line with Mental Health Awareness Month, the Young Adults Forum invites you to reflect on this month’s theme: “Disconnect to Reconnect.”

Swami reminds us, “Peace is within you. Do not seek it outside.”🌿

In the midst of life’s noise, taking a moment to pause and turn inward is essential to reconnect with our inner peace and balance.

👉🏻 To kickoff this collective effort, join us this Sunday for our Wellness Workshop, a space to reflect, recharge, and care for your mind through Swami’s teachings.

🇲🇺 National Day Celebration 🇲🇺

On Sunday 15th March, the devotees of Region V joyfully commemorated the Independence Day of Mauritius with a meaningful and vibrant program.

The celebration began with a walk from Quatre Bornes Police Station to the Municipality of Quatre Bornes, accompanied by a police band. Devotees proudly carried pancartes conveying strong messages on road safety and saying no to drugs, spreading awareness within the community.

Upon arrival at the municipality, we united in devotion and patriotism by singing the National Anthem of Mauritius. The program then continued in the hall with inspiring talks, followed by beautiful group songs presented by SSE children, Mahila, and the Youth Forum.

The event concluded on a divine note with the offering of Aarti. 🙏

A heartfelt thank you to all devotees and participants who contributed to making this celebration a memorable and impactful one.
