Encounters were revealing and aroused curiosity and interest in the participants and in our trainers present.

Intensive days for the BACHprogramme in .
Colleagues from Néprajzi Múzeum had a very personal encounter with Joseph Schirò who shared one tiny part of his experience and knowledge in the little time that was possible. We are planning the next round of mobilities in this line and we are ensuring that such encounters keep on generating , and such as these for future generations.

A group of twenty teachers and school leaders who are in Malta to participate in an Erasmus+ professional development teacher training on leadership and project management visited the primary school of Maria Regina College Qawra Primary.

During the visit, participants had the opportunity to learn about the organisation of the Maltese school system and to exchange experiences with local educators. Topics of particular interest included inclusive education practices, the integration of digital technologies in teaching and learning, innovative educational approaches, leadership in schools, and the similarities and differences between education systems across the European Union.

The visit provided an excellent opportunity for professional dialogue, mutual learning, and the sharing of good practice between educational professionals from different European countries.

A group of twenty teachers and school leaders travelled to Malta to participate in an Erasmus+ professional development programme focused on leadership and project management. Most participants work in primary education, teaching pupils aged between 6 and 15 years. All participants were highly motivated teachers and educational leaders committed to improving the quality of education in their schools.

Besides on topic training there were also experience transfer on approaches to teacher education, Communities of Practice, the culture research and the importance of making time to invest in one's professional growth.
