Our Ventures were up bright and early last week for a great morning at sea with Għaqda Sajjieda Dilettanti Birżebbuġa!
Ventures and leaders had the opportunity to experience traditional lampuki fishing, catch a variety of fish, and learn more about the skills, knowledge and patience that go into fishing. 🌊 And everyone managed to catch something! 🎣
A big thank you to Għaqda Sajjieda Dilettanti Birżebbuġa for welcoming us on board and giving our Ventures such a unique and memorable experience! 💜⚜️

🛠️🌿 HQ Improvement & Maintenance Days! ⚜️

A huge THANK YOU to all our amazing volunteers, Ventures, Rovers and Leaders who gave their time, energy and skills during last week’s HQ Improvement & Maintenance Days! 👏

Over the two days, we worked on improving our campsite and activity areas, as well as tackling important maintenance works. Your efforts are helping make our HQ a safer, more practical and welcoming place for our young members to learn, grow and enjoy Scouting. ⚜️🏕️

Every job, big or small, makes a difference. We really appreciate everyone who rolled up their sleeves and got stuck in!

One of our Troop members, Mattia , presented the Environmental Badge to half of the Troop, sharing what he had learned. Meanwhile, the other half worked together to build a shelter for our Pack Section, putting their pioneering, knotting and teamwork skills into practice.

Troop rafting & BBQ

The Scouts built and tested their own rafts, putting their knotting, pioneering and teamwork skills into practice. The activity ended with a BBQ together with parents and leaders.

📺BBGSG Made It on TV!
Super proud of our Venture Ailey, who joined Chief Commissioner Daniel Cassar on Sajf fuq NET to share some scouting knowledge and give viewers an insight into her scouting journey with Birzebbuga Scouts Group!🧭🗺️

So great to see our young people confidently sharing the skills they learn through scouting and representing the movement beyond our Group. 💜

⚽ Ventures Football Tournament ⚽
A few weeks ago, our Ventures took part in a football tournament hosted by the Venture Unit of San Gwann Scout Group.

We are very proud of our Ventures for giving their best and reaching the semi-finals. 👏💜
Well done to everyone who took part, and a big thank you to San Ġwann Scout Group for organising and hosting such an enjoyable event! ⚜️
