Youth For Change is a Non Government Organization located in Bitola, North Macedonia.

Founded in September 2022, this organization has a goal to empower youth in Youth Participation, Youth Information and to implement European Educational Programs. The organization's mission is to promote youth leadership, civic enga

🌍🇵🇱 Building Bridges in Poland!

Five participants from Youth for Change recently took part in the Erasmus+ Youth Exchange “Building Bridges: Inclusion, Diversity and European Values” in Wieleń, Poland.

Throughout the week, they worked alongside young people from different European countries, exploring topics such as social inclusion, diversity, equal opportunities, human rights, democracy, and European values. Through interactive workshops, simulations, debates, intercultural activities, and teamwork, participants challenged stereotypes, strengthened their communication skills, and developed a deeper understanding of the importance of solidarity and active citizenship.

The exchange also focused on environmental responsibility, self-confidence, non-formal learning, and youth participation in democratic processes. By sharing experiences and perspectives with peers from different cultural backgrounds, participants built meaningful connections and gained valuable skills that they can now bring back to their local communities.

We are proud to share an important milestone in our journey! Youth for Change has officially been awarded the Quality Label under the European Solidarity Corps as a Support Organization. ⭐

This recognition confirms that YFCH meets the high European standards required to support and guide young people participating in European Solidarity Corps projects across Europe.

Being accredited with the Quality Label is a significant achievement for our organization. It reflects the dedication, professionalism, and commitment of our team to empowering young people and supporting their international volunteering journeys.

🌍 What does this mean?
As a Support Organization, Youth for Change will:
• Prepare and mentor young people before their volunteering experience abroad
• Provide guidance and support throughout their volunteering journey
• Help participants reflect on and recognize their learning and personal development
• Connect young people from our community with meaningful solidarity opportunities across Europe

This accreditation strengthens our mission to create more opportunities for youth to grow, learn, and contribute to positive change in society.

For us, this is not only recognition of the work we have done so far, but also a responsibility to continue supporting young people to engage in solidarity, intercultural learning, and active citizenship.
