Today, JORDAN Youth Innovation Forum was honored to welcome H.E. Pierre-Christophe Chatzisavas, Ambassador of the European Union in Jordan, for a visit focused on youth empowerment, innovation, and the impact of meaningful partnerships.
The visit created space for dialogue with young people from JYIF initiatives and EU-supported opportunities, including Erasmus+, EUSEEDS, SAMIM, Youth Living Labs, and Generative AI learning experiences.
It also included a discussion around JYIF’s National Youth Status Report initiative, reflecting our commitment to strengthening youth participation and evidence-based action in Jordan.
Mr. Ali Haddad, Executive Director of JYIF, expressed his appreciation to the European Union for its continued partnership and support in empowering young people, advancing opportunities, and investing in youth-led change across Jordan.
Youth are not only beneficiaries — they are innovators, leaders, and changemakers.
تشرّف الملتقى الأردني للإبداع الشبابي باستقبال سعادة السيد بيير-كريستوف ,سفير الاتحاد الأوروبي لدى الأردن، في زيارة ركّزت على تمكين الشباب، والابتكار، وأثر الشراكات الفاعلة في إحداث تغيير مستدام.
أتاحت الزيارة مساحة للحوار مع الشباب والشابات من مبادرات المنتدى والفرص المدعومة من الاتحاد الأوروبي، بما في ذلك برامج Erasmus+، ومشروعي EUSEEDS وSAMIM، وتجارب Youth Living Labs، وبرامج التعلم المرتبطة بالذكاء الاصطناعي التوليدي.
كما تضمنت الزيارة نقاشاً حول مبادرة الملتقى الأردني للإبداع الشبابي لإعداد التقرير الوطني حول واقع الشباب في الأردن، بما يعكس التزام الملتقى بتعزيز المشاركة الشبابية والعمل المبني على الأدلة والبيانات.
وأعرب المهندس علي حداد، المدير التنفيذي للملتقى الأردني للإبداع الشبابي، عن تقديره للإتحاد الأوروبي على شراكته المستمرة ودعمه في تمكين الشباب، وتوسيع الفرص المتاحة لهم، والاستثمار في التغيير الذي يقوده الشباب في مختلف أنحاء الأردن.
الشباب ليسوا مستفيدين فحسب، بل هم مبتكرون، وقادة، وصنّاع تغيير.
