The newly formed Board of Directors held its first meeting, during which Mr. Samer Judeh was elected Chairman of the Board, Mr. Tarek Tabbaa was elected Vice Chairman and Treasurer, and Mr. Khaled Al-Saqqaf was elected Board Secretary.

Elected Board of Directors elected by the General Assembly are: Jordan Wind Project Company, represented by Mr. Samer Judeh; Advanced Automotive Trading Company, represented by Mr. Tarek Tabbaa; Leading Vehicles Company (Abu Khader Automotive), represented by Mr. Nicola Abu Khader; Al Tamimi & Company, represented by Mr. Khaled Al-Saqqaf; Citibank Jordan, represented by Ms. Nour Jarrar; Adnan Al Khudari & Sons Company, represented by Mr. Ahmad Al Khudari; Classic Fashion Apparel Industry Company, represented by Mr. Sanal Kumar; Nafith Logistics Company, represented by Ms. Nourah Mihyar; and Bromine Jordan Company, represented by Mr. Samer Asfour.

The General Assembly expressed its appreciation to the previous Board members for their efforts during the past term and wished the new Board success in its upcoming mandate.

AmCham-Jordan Holds its General Assembly Meeting

AmCham-Jordan held its regular General Assembly meeting last Thursday. During meeting members reviewed and approved Chamber’s audited financial statement for 2025, and the administrative report outlining the Chamber’s key 2025 achievements, activities and future plans for 2026. General Assembly members thanked the Board Members and the executive team expressing their continued support and commitment to AmCham-Jordan’s vision and mandate.
