سعدنا بتنفيذ تدريب المرشدين/ات في العاصمة عمّان – فندق جينيفا، ضمن المرحلة التوسعية لتنفيذ المشروع، بمشاركة 30 من المرشدين/ات من القطاع الخاص، وذلك ضمن أنشطة مشروع التنمية المتكاملة لمهارات الشباب والنساء واللاجئين السوريين في الأردن، بالشراكة مع الوكالة البلجيكية للتعاون الدولي – إينابيل، وبدعم من الاتحاد الأوروبي.
ويأتي هذا التدريب بهدف إكساب المرشدين/ات المهارات الإرشادية اللازمة لتمكينهم من دعم المستفيدين/ات من الشباب والنساء واللاجئين/ات، ومساندتهم في مسار التدريب العملي والاشراف داخل بيئة عمل حقيقة بهدف تعزيز فرص الوصول إلى العمل اللائق أو التشغيل الذاتي، وإعداد مرشدين/ات من القطاع الخاص للمساهمة في توفير بيئة عمل آمنة وحقيقية للمستفيدين/ات من البرنامج، ضمن أنشطة التدريب العملي (Internship Program) ضمن مسار الجاهزية لسوق العمل، والتدريب أثناء العمل (On-the-Job Training) ضمن مسار التعلّم القائم على العمل.

We were pleased to conduct the Mentors Training in Amman – Geneva Hotel as part of the project’s scale-up phase, with the participation 30 of mentors from the private sector, under the Integrated Skills Development Project for youth, women, and Syrian refugees in Jordan, in partnership with the Belgian Agency for International Cooperation – Enabel, and funded by the European Union.
This training aimed to equip mentors with the guidance and mentoring skills needed to support project beneficiaries among youth, women, and Syrian refugees, and to accompany them throughout their practical training journey while supervising them in a real work environment, with the goal of enhancing their access to decent work opportunities or self-employment. It also aimed to prepare mentors from the private sector to contribute to providing a safe and real work environment for programme beneficiaries through practical training activities under the Internship Program within the Work Readiness Track, and On-the-Job Training within the Work-Based Learning Track.
