كيف يبدو التعليم الدامج عندما يتحول من مفهوم إلى ممارسة يومية داخل الصفوف والمدارس؟
في فعالية «التعليم الدامج في الممارسة التربوية – منهجية شمول»، شاركت أكاديمية الملكة رانيا لتدريب المعلمين كيف أصبحت مبادئ التعلم الشامل الدامج جزءًا أصيلًا من تصميم وتنفيذ برامجها.
وشارك في الفعالية عدد من الشركاء الاستراتيجيين، من بينهم وزارة التربية والتعليم الأردنية، والبنك الدولي، ووزارة الشؤون الدولية الكندية، واليونسكو،والجمعية الألمانية للتعاون الدولي، والأكاديمية الملكية للتعليم الدامج للأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة.
وشكّلت الفعالية مساحة تفاعلية لتبادل الخبرات وتسليط الضوء على تطبيقات عملية من الميدان التربوي، أظهرت كيف يمكن للتعليم الدامج أن يسهم في بناء بيئات تعلم بمشاركةً جميع الطلبة، من خلال تجارب واقعية وقصص نجاح وممارسات تربوية عكست أثر هذه المنهجية على المعلمين والقادة التربويين والطلبة.
وتؤمن الأكاديمية بأن التعليم الدامج لا يقتصر على كونه إطارًا نظريًا، بل هو ممارسة حية تنعكس في كل تجربة تعلم، وتسهم في بناء مدارس أكثر شمولًا وعدالةً وتمكينًا للجميع.
What does inclusive education look like when it moves beyond theory and becomes part of everyday teaching and learning?
Through the event *“Inclusive Education in Practice – The Shomool Approach,”* Queen Rania Teacher Academy demonstrated how the principles of inclusive education have become an integral part of the design and implementation of its programs.
The event brought together a number of strategic partners, including the Jordanian Ministry of Education, the World Bank, Global Affairs Canada, UNESCO, GIZ, and the Royal Academy for Inclusive Education.
The event provided an interactive platform for sharing experiences and highlighting practical applications from the field, demonstrating how inclusive education can contribute to creating more equitable and engaging learning environments for all learners. Through real-life experiences, success stories, and educational practices, participants explored the impact of this approach on teachers, educational leaders, and students.
QRTA believes that inclusive education is more than a theoretical framework; it is a living practice reflected in every learning experience, contributing to the development of schools that are more inclusive, equitable, and empowering for all.
