كل خطوة نحو تعليم أفضل تبدأ من المعلم.
بالشراكة مع مدرسة الأهلية والمطران، شارك ما يقارب 200 معلم ومعلمة خلال شهر آب في 8 ورشات عمل متخصصة، صُممت لتستجيب لاحتياجاتهم وتمنحهم مساحة للتعلّم والتجربة وتطوير ممارساتهم التعليمية.
من الاحتواء ودعم صعوبات التعلم والعافية النفسية، إلى الذكاء الاصطناعي في التعليم والتعلّم القائم على المشاريع وممارسات التدريس الملهمة والتواصل الفعّال؛ تنوعت التجارب والموضوعات، والهدف واحد: تمكين المعلمين بأدوات وممارسات عملية تُحدث فرقًا في تجربة الطلبة داخل الصف.
ويأتي هذا التعاون امتدادًا لجهود أكاديمية الملكة رانيا لتدريب المعلمين في بناء قدرات الكوادر التعليمية، وتعزيز الشراكات مع مؤسسات القطاع الخاص لدعم تعليم أكثر استجابة لاحتياجات الطلبة ومتطلبات المستقبل.
Every step towards better education starts with the teacher.
In partnership with Ahliyyah & Mutran School, nearly 200 teachers took part in eight specialized workshops throughout August, designed around their needs and providing space to learn, experiment, and strengthen their teaching practices.
From inclusion, learning difficulties, and psychological well-being to AI in education, project-based learning, inspiring teaching practices, and effective communication, the topics were diverse, but the goal was shared: equipping teachers with practical tools and approaches that can make a difference in their students’ learning experiences.
This collaboration reflects Queen Rania Teacher Academy’s continued commitment to building the capacities of educators and strengthening partnerships with private sector institutions to support education that responds to students’ needs and the evolving demands of the future.
