كيف يحوّل مهرّجو الرعاية الصحية أفكارهم الإبداعية إلى عروض ممتعة ومؤثرة؟ 🤡✨

من خلال ورشة بناء العروض الأدائية، يطوّر مهرّجونا مهاراتهم الفنية، ويستكشفون تقنيات جديدة، ويتعلّمون كيفية تحويل أفكارهم إلى عروض مهرّج تعبّر عن إبداعهم، وذلك عبر التمارين العملية والتجريب والعمل الجماعي.

🔴 عندما تصبح الفكاهة جزءًا من الرعاية

في مركز الحسين للسرطان، قدّمت الأنوف الحمراء الأردن جلسة الفكاهة في الرعاية الصحية للكادر الطبي.

ففي بيئات العمل الصحية المليئة بالضغط والتحديات، يمكن للفكاهة أن تكون أكثر من مجرد ضحكة. عندما تُستخدم بوعي، تصبح جسرًا للتواصل، وتساعد على تخفيف التوتر، وتعزيز الروابط، ورفع المعنويات، وخلق لحظات من الدفء والطمأنينة.

من خلال تقنيات عملية، استكشف المشاركون كيف يمكن للفكاهة أن تدعم الرفاه النفسي والعاطفي لكلٍّ من الأشخاص الذين يعتنون بهم، وأنفسهم، مع تعزيز قدرتهم على الصمود والتعامل مع المواقف التي تتطلب جهدًا عاطفيًا كبيرًا.

لأن رعاية الآخرين تعني أيضًا أن نمنح أنفسنا مساحة لرعاية أنفسنا.

🔴 When Humour Becomes Part of Care

At King Hussein Cancer Center, RED NOSES Jordan brought humour into the healthcare environment through a Humour in Healthcare session for dedicated staff.

Because in high-stress settings, humour can be more than a laugh. When used intentionally, it can become a bridge — helping ease communication, strengthen connections, lift morale, and create moments of warmth and reassurance.

Through practical techniques, participants explored how humour can support the emotional wellbeing of both the people they care for and themselves, while building resilience in the face of emotionally demanding situations.

Because caring for others also means finding space to care for ourselves.

كل يوم تبدأ قصة جديدة.قصة مليئة بالضحك، والمفاجآت الصغيرة، ولحظات الأمل. ✨

في مستشفى المواساة، اكتشف مثنى القواسمة (د. شايف) إحدى تلك اللحظات — لقاء بسيط تحول إلى ذكرى تستحق أن تُروى.

لأن الضحكة أحيانًا تقول ما لا تستطيع الكلمات قوله، وشرارة صغيرة من الفرح يمكن أن تُضيء حتى أصعب الأيام. ❤️

🔴 لحظة توقف… وسبب للضحك

نفّذت الأنوف الحمراء الأردن جلسة تخفيف الضغط النفسي من خلال الفكاهة لموظفي مؤسسة الحسين للسرطان.

من خلال اللعب والضحك ومشاركة لحظات الفرح، أتاحت الجلسة مساحة للتوقف قليلًا، والتواصل من جديد، واستعادة الطاقة وسط ضغوط العمل اليومية.

فأحيانًا، كل ما نحتاجه هو القليل من الضحك… لنلتقط أنفاسنا، ونستعيد توازننا، ونواصل الطريق. 🤡✨

RED NOSES Jordan conducted a Humour Relief Session for the staff of the King Hussein Cancer Foundation (KHCF).

Through play, laughter, and shared moments of joy, the session offered a space to pause, reconnect, and recharge from the demands of everyday work. Because sometimes, a little laughter is all we need to breathe, reset, and keep going. 🤡✨
