I CUT OPEN A REUSABLE PAD AFTER 6 YEARS OF USE. HERE’S WHAT I FOUND INSIDE.
One of my long-time reusable pads decided to say goodbye after 6 years of highly honorable service.
It seemed like the perfect opportunity to take a peek inside a heavily used reusable product.
I realized it had reached the end of its life because it started leaking in the center area, which only happens when the material has exhausted its absorbent function.
THE MOMENT OF TRUTH
WHAT DID I FIND?
Absolutely nothing unusual.
Just fabric, clearly grayed by years of use and washing. Proper washing and care prevented anything suspicious from developing inside!
