VOICE Project Presented at the Spanish Congress of Deputies

EPIC is pleased to share that our project partner Internet Web Solutions recently met with Deputy Alberto Rojo at the Spanish Congress of Deputies in Madrid to present the VOICE Project.

The meeting provided an important opportunity to showcase the project’s objectives, activities, achievements, and digital learning resources, highlighting VOICE’s contribution to supporting the social and professional inclusion of Ukrainian refugees across Europe.

During the discussion, Deputy Rojo expressed strong interest in the project’s methodology, training programmes, digital tools, and overall impact. The exchange also generated valuable recommendations for enhancing the project’s visibility and outreach at both national and institutional levels.

🤝 At EPIC, we believe that collaboration between European stakeholders, policymakers, and civil society organisations is essential for creating inclusive opportunities and addressing the challenges faced by vulnerable communities. Meetings such as this reinforce the value of European cooperation in fostering social integration and lifelong learning.

🎉 𝗔𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗲 Voice project!

We are pleased to announce the successful completion of 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗣𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝟯 (𝗪𝗣𝟯), dedicated to the adaptation and localisation of training courses designed to support the social and professional inclusion of Ukrainian refugees across Europe.

🤝 Building on the needs identified during the project, partners worked together to adapt educational resources from previous successful European initiatives, ensuring that the content responds to the real challenges faced by displaced Ukrainians.

📚 The result?
✅ 13 updated training modules
✅ Practical and accessible learning resources
✅ Enhanced digital, professional, and employability skills support
✅ Full translation into Spanish, Italian, Polish, and Ukrainian
✅ Free and open access for all users

The courses are designed not only for Ukrainian refugees but also for local communities, helping to promote social cohesion, mutual understanding, active participation, and successful integration within host societies.

🌍 EPIC was pleased to host in Pescara the international mobility organised within the Erasmus+ Capacity Building in the field of Youth project “𝐀𝐈-𝐃𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐧 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐫 𝐆𝐮𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞: 𝐄𝐧𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐎𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 (𝐀𝐈-𝐃𝐂𝐆)”, in which EPIC participates as partner.

From 5–8 May 2026, partners from Ukraine, Moldova, Latvia, Lithuania, Belgium and Italy met for the mobility “Quality Assurance Mastery for Project Success”, focused on project quality assurance, KPI monitoring, stakeholder communication and the next implementation steps of AI-DCG.

The project aims to support young people in Ukraine and Moldova through 𝐢𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐀𝐈-𝐛𝐚𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐫 𝐠𝐮𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐭𝐨𝐨𝐥𝐬, 𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 and 𝐝𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐜𝐞𝐬 promoting 𝐞𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐲𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 and 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧.

Partners also discussed the upcoming mentorship activities for local youth and the development of the AI-DCG online platform, which will soon provide innovative guidance tools and resources.

🤝 The mobility represented an important opportunity to strengthen cooperation and collaboration among consortium partners.

Dal 5 all’8 maggio 2026, partner provenienti da Ucraina, Moldavia, Lettonia, Lituania, Belgio e Italia si sono incontrati per la mobilità “Quality Assurance Mastery for Project Success”, incentrata sull’assicurazione della qualità del progetto, sul monitoraggio dei KPI, sulla comunicazione con gli stakeholder e sulle prossime fasi di implementazione di AI-DCG.

Il progetto mira a sostenere i giovani in Ucraina e Moldavia attraverso 𝐢𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐢 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢 𝐝𝐢 𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐨 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐞 𝐛𝐚𝐬𝐚𝐭𝐢 𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐥’𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐳𝐚 𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥𝐞, 𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐚̀ 𝐝𝐢 𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 e 𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐨𝐫𝐬𝐞 𝐝𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐢 che promuovono 𝐥’𝐨𝐜𝐜𝐮𝐩𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐚̀ e 𝐥’𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐨 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐞.

I partner hanno inoltre discusso le prossime attività di mentoring rivolte ai giovani a livello locale e lo sviluppo della piattaforma online AI-DCG, che presto metterà a disposizione strumenti e risorse innovative per l’orientamento.

🤝 La mobilità ha rappresentato un’importante opportunità per rafforzare la cooperazione e la collaborazione tra i partner del consorzio.

🌍 UNITY EUROPE in movimento!

EPIC ha ospitato il terzo TPM a Pescara (Italia) il 30 ottobre 2025.
L’evento ha rappresentato una tappa fondamentale nel percorso Erasmus+ di UNITY EUROPE, durante la quale i partner hanno testato la Toolbox e la piattaforma OER, condiviso le esperienze pilota e discusso di qualità, impatto e sostenibilità.

Cofinanziato dal Programma Erasmus+, UNITY EUROPE riunisce organizzazioni provenienti da 🇫🇷🇪🇸🇮🇹🇧🇪🇨🇾🇹🇷 per promuovere l’inclusione e la cittadinanza attiva dei giovani migranti (18–30 anni) in tutta Europa.
