സേവാഭാരതി കുന്നമംഗലം സമിതിയുടെ നേതൃത്വത്തിൽ കോഴിക്കോട് ജില്ലയിലെ ആദ്യത്തെ പുനർജനി കൗൺസിലിങ് സെന്റർ പ്രവർത്തനമാരംഭിച്ചു. നിർമല ഹോസ്പിറ്റലിലെ ഗൈനക്കോളജി കൺസൾട്ടന്റും സർജനുമായ ഡോ. ബിനു കെ. കേന്ദ്രത്തിന്റെ ഉദ്ഘാടനം നിർവഹിച്ചു.

സേവാഭാരതി കുന്നമംഗലം പ്രസിഡന്റ് ബിജീഷ് പി.വി. അധ്യക്ഷത വഹിച്ച ചടങ്ങിൽ പുനർജനി സംസ്ഥാന കോർ ടീം അംഗവും സേവാഭാരതി കോഴിക്കോട് ജില്ലാ ഉപാധ്യക്ഷനും ജില്ലാ പുനർജനി കോർഡിനേറ്ററുമായ പ്രദീപ് ഇ.പി. പദ്ധതിയെക്കുറിച്ച് വിശദീകരിച്ചു. സേവാഭാരതി കോഴിക്കോട് ജനറൽ സെക്രട്ടറി അഞ്ജു ദേവി സേവാസന്ദേശം നൽകി.

Sevabharathi's First Punarjani Counselling Centre in Kozhikode District Inaugurated at Kunnamangalam

Sevabharathi Kunnamangalam Samithi inaugurated the first Punarjani Counselling Centre in Kozhikode district, marking an important step towards strengthening mental health and psychosocial support in the region. Dr. Binu K., Gynaecology Consultant and Surgeon at Nirmala Hospital, inaugurated the centre.

The programme was presided over by Bijeesh P.V., President of Sevabharathi Kunnamangalam. Pradeep E.P., Member of the Punarjani State Core Team, Vice President of Sevabharathi Kozhikode District and District Punarjani Coordinator, elaborated on the objectives and activities of the Punarjani project. Anju Devi, General Secretary of Sevabharathi Kozhikode, delivered the Seva Sandesh.

Savinesh Kumar, Joint Secretary, delivered the welcome address, while Srinivasan M.C., Treasurer, proposed the vote of thanks.

A Safe Home and a New Beginning for Shivan and His Family – A Dream Realised Through the Thalachaykkanoridam Project

Shivan and his family in Vellamunda Panchayat, Wayanad, have received the keys to their newly constructed home under the Thalachaykkanoridam project, jointly implemented by Sevabharathi and the K. Chittilappilly Foundation. The house handover ceremony marked a new beginning for the family, offering them the security and comfort of a home of their own.

The programme was presided over by Vasudevan, President of Sevabharathi Vellamunda Unit. Sri Devadasan Master formally handed over the house keys, while District Vice President Sri P. Parameswaran presented the Mangalapathram. Ward Members Sri Moideen and Sri Joy conveyed their felicitations. District Secretary V. A. Suresh delivered the Seva message.

മലപ്പുറത്ത് സ്വാവലംബൻ പരിശീലന പരിപാടി സംഘടിപ്പിച്ചു..

സേവാഭാരതി മലപ്പുറം ജില്ലയിൽ സ്വാവലംബൻ ആയാമിൽ വൈഭവശ്രീ പദ്ധതിയുടെ ഭാഗമായി പരിശീലന പരിപാടി സംഘടിപ്പിച്ചു. സേവാഭാരതി സംസ്ഥാന, ജില്ലാ തല കാര്യകർത്താക്കൾ വിവിധ വിഷയങ്ങളിൽ മാർഗനിർദേശങ്ങളും നിർദേശങ്ങളും നൽകി. പുതിയ ആശയങ്ങൾ, പ്രായോഗിക അനുഭവങ്ങൾ, വ്യക്തമായ കർമ്മപദ്ധതികൾ എന്നിവയിലൂടെ പരിശീലനം പങ്കെടുത്തവർക്ക് ഏറെ പ്രയോജനകരമായി.

Punarjani Counselling Centres Inaugurated at Three Locations in Kollam District

As part of Punarjani, an initiative by Sevabharathi Kerala aimed at promoting mental and social well-being, three counselling centres were inaugurated in Kollam district. The centres have commenced operations at Aivakala Santhwanam Seva Kendra, Elampalloor Sevabharathi Samithi, and Kottarakkara Sevabharathi Samithi.

Dr. Sreekumar, President of Sevabharathi Kollam District, inaugurated the centre at Aivakala Santhwanam Seva Kendra. Dr. T. S. Sujatha, Vice President of Sevabharathi Kollam District, inaugurated the centre at Elampalloor, while Dr. N. N. Murali, Patron of Sevabharathi Kollam District, inaugurated the centre at Kottarakkara.

The Punarjani Counselling Centres aim to support individuals and families through mental health care, counselling services, and appropriate guidance, thereby contributing to improved mental and social well-being.

Sevabharathi Provides a Safe and Secure Home to Another Family

The foundation stone laying ceremony of the Sree Narayanapuram Sevabharathi office building and the key handover ceremony of a newly constructed house for Rajeshwari Ashokan and her family under the Thalachaaykkanoridam (A Place to Call Home) project, jointly implemented by Sevabharathi and K. Chittilappilly Foundation, were held on Sunday morning, November 1. The ceremonies were inaugurated by Shri K. S. Padmanabhan, Thrissur Vibhag Sanghachalak of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh.

സേവാഭാരതി നടപ്പിലാക്കുന്ന മാനസികാരോഗ്യ–കൗൺസലിംഗ് പദ്ധതിയുടെ ഭാഗമായി ജില്ലയിലെ ആദ്യ ഒ.ഡി.ഐ.സി. സെന്റർ ബുധനൂരിൽ പ്രവർത്തനമാരംഭിച്ചു. സേവാഭാരതി കേരളത്തിലുടനീളം നടപ്പിലാക്കുന്ന മാനസികാരോഗ്യ–കൗൺസലിംഗ് പദ്ധതിയായ 'പുനർജനി' പുതിയൊരു സാമൂഹിക സേവന മാതൃകയ്ക്ക് തുടക്കം കുറിക്കുകയാണ്, കേരളത്തിലെ എല്ലാ പ്രദേശങ്ങളിലും മാനസികാരോഗ്യ സേവനങ്ങളും കൗൺസലിംഗ് സംവിധാനങ്ങളും എത്തിക്കുക എന്ന ലക്ഷ്യത്തോടെ ആരംഭിച്ച പദ്ധതിയുടെ ഭാഗമായി സംസ്ഥാനത്തുടനീളം 54 കേന്ദ്രങ്ങൾ പ്രവർത്തനം ആരംഭിക്കുകയാണ്.

Punarjani Counselling Centres Launched in Alappuzha District

As part of the mental health and counselling initiative implemented by Sevabharathi, the district’s first Outpatient Drug Information Centre (ODIC) was inaugurated at Budhanoor. Punarjani, Sevabharathi’s mental health and counselling initiative, marks a new model of community-based social service. Launched with the objective of making mental health services and counselling facilities accessible to people across Kerala, the project is set to establish 54 centres throughout the state.

The first ODIC centre in Alappuzha district commenced operations at Budhanoor. Dr. Satheesh Kumar Paruthippallil, Head of the Department of Urology at Bharat Hospital, inaugurated the centre. The function was presided over by P. Haridasan Pillai, President of Budhanoor Grama Seva Parishad. Gopan Gokulam, District Secretary of Sevabharathi, explained the objectives and operational framework of the project.

M. Pramod Kumar, President of Budhanoor Grama Panchayat; M.N. Sasidharan, Vibhag Karyakari member; Ushakumari, Block Panchayat Member; Sreela Harikumar and Rajesh Gramam, Ward Members; K.V. The Punarjani Counselling Centre at Cherthala in Alappuzha district also commenced its operations today. Centres at Cheppad, Chettikulangara and Haripad are scheduled to become operational in the coming days.

Ashraf Haji was honoured with a shawl by V.P. Manoharan, Retired BSF Inspector. Faisal, who generously provided the venue for the camp, was honoured by Suraj, while Dr. Akash was felicitated by M.V. Janardhanan. Preetha, who hoisted the Indian national flag in Ladakh on Independence Day, was also honoured with a memento during the function.

Around 100 people participated in the camp and received dental check-ups and treatment.

P. Sanjeev Kumar, Secretary, delivered the welcome address, and R.P. Pradeep Kumar, Joint Secretary, proposed the vote of thanks.
