મોરબીમાં ડાયાલિસિસ સેવાઓનું વિસ્તરણ: હવે વધુ 8 ડાયાલિસિસ મશીનો સાથે નવી સુવિધા મોરબી અને આસપાસના કિડની દર્દીઓ માટે આરોગ્યસેવામાં એક મહત્વપૂર્ણ સીમાચિહ્ન. બી.ટી. સવાણી કિડની હોસ્પિટલ, જેનું સંચાલન સૌરાષ્ટ્ર કિડની રિસર્ચ ઇન્સ્ટિટ્યૂટ દ્વારા કરવામાં આવે છે, દ્વારા મયુર હોસ્પિટલ, મોરબી ખાતે ડાયાલિસિસ સેવાઓનું વધુ વિસ્તરણ કરવામાં આવ્યું છે.

બી.ટી. સવાણી કિડની હોસ્પિટલની સેવાભાવી કામગીરીથી પ્રેરાઈને મોરબીના મહારાણી વિજયકુંવર સાહેબ તથા રાજવી પરિવાર, મોરબી દ્વારા સ્વ. મહારાજકુમારી હર્ષદાદેવી (પૂર્ણબાપા સાહેબ), મોરબીની સ્મૃતિમાં વધુ 8 ડાયાલિસિસ મશીનોનું ઉદાર દાન કરવામાં આવ્યું છે. આ ઉમદા સહયોગથી મયુર હોસ્પિટલ ખાતે હવે વધુ વિસ્તૃત અને સુવિધાસભર ડાયાલિસિસ સેન્ટર કાર્યરત બન્યું છે.

1 સપ્ટેમ્બર 2026ના રોજ નવા ડાયાલિસિસ સેન્ટરનું ઉદ્ઘાટન વાંકાનેરના માનનીય સાંસદ મહારાજા શ્રી કેસરીદેવસિંહજી ઝાલાના હસ્તે કરવામાં આવ્યું. વધુ 8 મશીનો એટલે વધુ દર્દીઓ માટે રાહત નવા 8 ડાયાલિસિસ મશીનોના ઉમેરાથી મોરબી તથા આસપાસના વિસ્તારોના કિડની દર્દીઓ માટે ડાયાલિસિસની ઉપલબ્ધતામાં નોંધપાત્ર વધારો થશે.

આ પ્રસંગે રાજવી પરિવારનાં રાજકુમારી ઉમાબા અને મીરાબા, રાજકોટના રાજકુમાર જયદેવસિંહ માધાતાસિંહ જાડેજા, રાજ્યસભાના સાંસદ કસોટીદિલસિંહ ઝાલા, મોહનભાઈ કંડારિયા, ડો. જયંતિલાલ ભાડેસિયા અને વિનોદભાઈ ચાવડા ખાસ ઉપસ્થિત રહ્યા હતા. આ ઉપરાંત બી.ટી. સવાણી હોસ્પિટલના ચેરમેન નાનુભાઈ મકવાણા, મેનેજિંગ ટ્રસ્ટી અરુણાભાઈ પટેલ અને ટ્રસ્ટી ડો. વિવેક જોશી, ડૉ. વિશાલ ભટ્ટ અને ટીમ સહિતનાઓએ પણ હાજરી આપી હતી.

આ સુવિધાના કારણે નિયમિત ડાયાલિસિસ માટે રાજકોટ અથવા અન્ય મોટા શહેરોમાં વારંવાર મુસાફરી કરવાની જરૂરિયાતમાં ઘટાડો થશે અને દર્દીઓને મોરબીમાં જ આધુનિક, ગુણવત્તાસભર અને સુલભ ડાયાલિસિસ સારવાર મળી શકશે.
