Sol's ARC Sol’s ARC has been building sustainable solutions for inclusive education and employment since 2003.

We develop education solutions to ensure every last child in the classroom learns and every young adult becomes employable. Our pedagogy and tech-based tools enable systemic change to achieve better learning and employability outcomes, which are scalable and deployed through partnerships with Governments, NGO’s, multilateral and bi-lateral agencies. We have impacted over 200,000 children so far through various critical partnerships with some of India’s leading NGO’s and are now working with two state Governments, Madhya Pradesh and Tamil Nadu to scale inclusive education through systemic integration to replicate our model in different states and at the National level.

You’ll lead field implementation, mentor field teams, and work closely with communities, government departments, and partners to support:

Disability inclusion is not simply about corporate charity or meeting CSR mandates, it is also about unlocking real business value, talent, and economic participation to drive sustainable social impact.

At , 'The Smart Economics of Inclusion: Moving Beyond Charity to Unlock Talent, Business Value, and Social Impact', co-hosted by Inclusive Divyangjan Entrepreneur Association - IDEA, MITTI Cafe, and Sol's ARC, explored how transforming the surrounding ecosystem can shift persons with disabilities from economic exclusion to active job creators and mentors.

And sometimes, it can make learning feel overwhelming.

Inclusive educators help bridge that gap. They find different ways to explain, communicate, and make learning accessible — so every learner can understand, participate, and belong.

An inclusive classroom does not always require an entirely separate system. It can begin with accessible materials, appropriate seating, extra time, better scaffolding, and a willingness to ask the learner what they need.

How can institutions use disability categories without allowing those categories to define the person?

A disability category may unlock recognition or support, but it does not tell us what a particular person can see, understand, communicate, learn, or do. We need to move beyond diagnostic labels & pay closer attention to the functionality, strengths, and barriers faced by individuals and support each accordingly with tailored/unique, suitable solutions.

Every child with special needs deserves a classroom that's ready for them. Our Special Educators make that happen — one school, one home, one family at a time.

As a  Field Officer Special Educator, you'll:
🏫 Coordinate with schools and mobilise communities
📋 Collect and verify data on children with special needs (CwSN)
👨‍👩‍👧 Follow up with teachers and families
🤝 Support the District Coordinator in rolling out district plans

This is a field-first role. You'll be travelling to schools, homes and community centres — because the work that matters most doesn't happen behind a desk.
