Sol's ARC Sol’s ARC has been building sustainable solutions for inclusive education and employment since 2003.

We develop education solutions to ensure every last child in the classroom learns and every young adult becomes employable. Our pedagogy and tech-based tools enable systemic change to achieve better learning and employability outcomes, which are scalable and deployed through partnerships with Governments, NGO’s, multilateral and bi-lateral agencies. We have impacted over 200,000 children so far th

rough various critical partnerships with some of India’s leading NGO’s and are now working with two state Governments, Madhya Pradesh and Tamil Nadu to scale inclusive education through systemic integration to replicate our model in different states and at the National level.

At Samvaad, the panel didn’t just talk about inclusion. We heard what it actually looks like in practice.

From gaps in implementation to the everyday choices teachers make in classrooms, the conversation brought forward what still needs attention and what we can start doing differently.

Because inclusion isn’t only about systems or infrastructure.

It shows up in small, consistent actions that make every child feel seen, heard, and like they belong.
