❤️ A healthy heart starts with awareness and timely action.

This , our Tech Mahindra SMART Academies for Healthcare in Mumbai, Pune and Delhi came together to spread awareness about heart health and the skills that can make a difference during an emergency.

From understanding the importance of CPR and first aid to learning why every second counts during a cardiac emergency, the activities encouraged participants to be more aware, prepared and confident to act when it matters most.

Because caring for your heart is important. Knowing how to help someone else’s could be life-saving. ❤️

Knowing what to do in an emergency can make all the difference. ❤️‍🩹

As part of an initiative around World First Aid Day, SMART Academy for Healthcare, Pune conducted a hands-on First Aid and CPR mock drill for labourers at Mantra Properties, Mundhwa.

Through simple demonstrations and practical exercises, 116 participants learned essential first aid and CPR skills that can help them respond confidently during emergencies.

Because life-saving knowledge should be accessible to everyone, regardless of their background or circumstances.

🧘‍♀️✨ Celebrating the spirit of wellness on the occasion of ! ✨🧘‍♂️

Our students and staff came together for a rejuvenating yoga session led by the wonderful Ms. Kiran Satta. Through guided yoga postures, breathing techniques, and relaxation exercises, participants explored the many benefits of yoga for physical fitness, mental well-being, and a balanced lifestyle.

The session served as a reminder that even a few mindful moments each day can contribute to a healthier and happier life. 🌿

This World Menstrual Hygiene Day, let’s move beyond whispers and taboos to create conversations rooted in awareness, dignity, and empathy. Menstrual health is not just a “women’s issue” — it is a matter of health, education, confidence, and equality.

For far too long, myths around menstruation have prevented countless girls and women from accessing the information, hygiene, and support they deserve. It is time to replace discomfort with understanding and judgement with compassion.
Let’s encourage open conversations, spread accurate information, and create spaces where no one feels embarrassed about a completely natural process.

On the occasion of , SMART Academy for Healthcare came together to promote the message of “Health for All.”

Health camps were organised across multiple locations to spread awareness and provide basic health screening services to communities, including blood pressure, blood sugar and BMI checks.

With enthusiastic participation from students, staff and community members, these initiatives supported early detection of health concerns and encouraged healthier lifestyles.

On World TB Day, Tech Mahindra SMART Academy for Healthcare conducted impactful TB awareness campaigns across Navi Mumbai, Mumbai, Delhi, Mohali, and Pune.

TB awareness nukkad nataks (street plays) were conducted in public places such as railway stations, hospitals, and communities. Students actively engaged with the public to spread awareness about TB prevention, early detection, and treatment.

The initiatives reached commuters, patients, and local communities, helping break stigma and promote the message that TB is curable with timely care.
