Opening doors to purpose-driven futures ✨

Our Grade 11 Mentees transitioning to Grade 12, engaged in a meaningful session on “Careers in Social Sector” that encouraged them to look beyond conventional career paths and explore the impact they can create through their choices.

Through conversations, shared experiences, and thoughtful reflection, they began to see how empathy, awareness, and intention can shape not just careers, but communities.

A step towards building futures guided by purpose and possibility.

The exams are over, but the big questions are just beginning.

Lighthouse Project conducted sessions with our Grade 12 mentees as they step into a new phase after their board exams.

Through these sessions, mentees pause, reflect, and begin shaping what comes next together.

Because transitions feel lighter when you don’t have to navigate them alone.

With the right support, even the quietest voices can find their strength.

Siddhi’s journey shows how patience, guidance, and encouragement can gradually build confidence. What once felt uncertain became an opportunity to grow, as she began to speak up and trust her own voice.

With the support of her mentor, Nidhi Kulkarni, she stepped beyond her comfort zone and began to recognise her potential.
Today, she carries herself with greater confidence and clarity.

Her story is one of many within the Lighthouse Project, where mentorship helps young individuals grow, learn, and realise their potential.
