We are proud to announce the signing of an MoU with Godrej & Boyce Manufacturing Company Ltd. under their CSR initiative – Godrej DISHA.

With our strong presence in Maharashtra and Karnataka, we are delighted to officially welcome Goa as our newest operational state, further expanding our regional outreach and impact.

Establishment of Composite Science Laboratory at SHREE NAVDURGA VIDYALAYA, Madkai, Ponda, Goa

Purpose of this MoU:
This collaboration focuses on setting up and strengthening the Science Laboratory at Shree Navdurga Vidyalaya, Madkai, Ponda (Goa) by providing high-quality laboratory furniture and infrastructure. This initiative aims to enhance hands-on learning, improve educational facilities, and support students in gaining better scientific exposure and skills.

This milestone reflects our continued commitment to:

मोफत कौशल्य विकास प्रशिक्षण – रोजगाराच्या दिशेने एक पाऊल
सेवा सामाजिक विकास संस्था, सातारा यांच्या वतीने महाराष्ट्रातील युवक-युवतींसाठी मोफत कौशल्य विकास प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम राबविण्यात येत आहे. हा प्रशिक्षण उपक्रम महाराष्ट्र स्कूटर्स लिमिटेड व बजाज यांच्या सहकार्याने आयोजित करण्यात आला असून, प्रशिक्षण यशस्वीरीत्या पूर्ण केल्यानंतर पात्र उमेदवारांना नोकरीच्या संधी उपलब्ध करून देण्यात येणार आहेत.
या प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रमांतर्गत Certificate Course in Hospitality (Hotel Management) तसेच Certificate Course in Retail Sales & Customer Service (Retail / Mall व Digital Media) हे अभ्यासक्रम राबविण्यात येणार आहेत. प्रत्यक्ष कामावर आधारित व उद्योगाभिमुख प्रशिक्षणामुळे उमेदवारांना रोजगारासाठी आवश्यक कौशल्ये विकसित करता येतील.
कोर्सचा कालावधी २ महिने असून १०वी, १२वी व पदवीधर उमेदवार पात्र आहेत. वयाची अट १८ ते ४५ वर्षे आहे. प्रवेशासाठी १०वी, १२वी व पदवी मार्कलिस्ट, आधारकार्ड व ४ पासपोर्ट साईज फोटो आवश्यक आहेत.

*सेवा सामाजिक विकास संस्थेत मोफत कौशल्य विकास प्रशिक्षणाच्या द्वितीय बॅचचे उद्घाटन उत्साहात*

सेवा सामाजिक विकास संस्था, सातारा यांच्या वतीने डॉ. बाबासाहेब आंबेडकर संशोधन व प्रशिक्षण संस्था (बार्टी), पुणे तसेच महाराष्ट्र स्कूटर्स लिमिटेड (बजाज) यांच्या संयुक्त विद्यमाने महाराष्ट्रातील अनुसूचित जातीतील उमेदवारांसाठी राबविण्यात येणाऱ्या मोफत कौशल्य विकास प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रमाच्या द्वितीय बॅचचे उद्घाटन सोमवार, दिनांक १२ जानेवारी २०२६ रोजी सकाळी ठीक ११.०० वाजता संस्थेच्या प्रशिक्षण केंद्रात उत्साहपूर्ण वातावरणात संपन्न झाले. या कार्यक्रमास प्रशिक्षणार्थी, शिक्षक, संस्थेचे पदाधिकारी तसेच मान्यवर मोठ्या संख्येने उपस्थित होते.

*राजमाता जिजाऊ जयंती व स्वामी विवेकानंद जयंतीचे औचित्य साधून या द्वितीय बॅचचे उद्घाटन करण्यात आले.* यावेळी राजमाता जिजाऊ व स्वामी विवेकानंद यांच्या प्रतिमांना पुष्पहार अर्पण करून त्यांच्या विचारांना अभिवादन करण्यात आले. राजमाता जिजाऊ यांच्या राष्ट्रघडणीतील योगदान तसेच स्वामी विवेकानंद यांच्या युवकांना प्रेरणा देणाऱ्या विचारांवर उपस्थित मान्यवरांनी सविस्तर मार्गदर्शन केले. याप्रसंगी उपस्थित मान्यवर, शिक्षक व विद्यार्थ्यांनी त्यांच्या विचारांचा अंगीकार करून सामाजिक बांधिलकी जपण्याचा संकल्प केला.

या कार्यक्रमास *प्रमुख पाहुण्या व मार्गदर्शक म्हणून श्रीमती प्रज्ञा मोहिते मॅडम (कार्यालय अधीक्षक, बार्टी, पुणे)* उपस्थित होत्या. आपल्या भाषणात त्यांनी बार्टीमार्फत राबविण्यात येणाऱ्या विविध योजनांची माहिती देत, कौशल्याधारित प्रशिक्षणामुळे युवकांना रोजगाराच्या नव्या संधी उपलब्ध होत असल्याचे नमूद केले. बार्टीतर्फे श्री. सचिन सर हेही उपस्थित होते.
कार्यक्रमाच्या अध्यक्षस्थानी सेवा सामाजिक विकास संस्था, सातारा चे अध्यक्ष श्री. युवराज भांडवलकर होते. त्यांनी मान्यवरांचे स्वागत करून संस्थेमार्फत राबविण्यात येणाऱ्या विविध उपक्रमांची माहिती दिली. ग्रामीण व वंचित घटकातील युवकांना सक्षम करण्यासाठी संस्था सातत्याने कार्यरत असल्याचे त्यांनी सांगितले.

या कार्यक्रमादरम्यान श्रीमती प्रज्ञा मोहिते मॅडम यांनी सेवा सामाजिक विकास संस्था, सातारा येथील प्रशिक्षण केंद्राला भेट देऊन केंद्रातील सर्व विभागांची सविस्तर पाहणी केली. यावेळी त्यांनी प्रशिक्षण घेणाऱ्या विद्यार्थ्यांशी थेट संवाद साधून विविध प्रशिक्षण अभ्यासक्रमांतर्गत कोणकोणती कौशल्ये शिकवली जातात, याची माहिती घेतली. विद्यार्थ्यांनीही आपण आत्मसात करत असलेल्या कौशल्यांबाबत तसेच भविष्यात उपलब्ध होणाऱ्या रोजगार संधींबाबत माहिती दिली.

रिटेल विभागातील विद्यार्थ्यांनी सेल्स अँड मार्केटिंग विषयाचे प्रात्यक्षिक सादर करण्यासाठी स्टॉलचे आयोजन केले होते. यामधून विक्री प्रक्रिया, ग्राहक संवाद व उत्पादन मांडणीचे प्रभावी प्रात्यक्षिक दाखविण्यात आले.
हॉस्पिटॅलिटी विभागात फूड अँड बेव्हरेज अंतर्गत टेबल सेट-अपचे प्रात्यक्षिक सादर करण्यात आले, तर हाऊसकीपिंग विभागातील विद्यार्थ्यांनी बेड मेकिंग व टॉवेल आर्टसारख्या कौशल्यांचे सादरीकरण केले.

संस्थेतील प्रशिक्षकांकडून संपूर्ण अभ्यासक्रमात प्रात्यक्षिकांवर विशेष भर देऊन प्रशिक्षण दिले जाते, अशी माहिती यावेळी देण्यात आली. तसेच विद्यार्थ्यांना इंग्रजी संभाषण, सॉफ्ट स्किल्स व संगणक प्रशिक्षण दिले जात असल्याचेही नमूद करण्यात आले.

मान्यवरांच्या मार्गदर्शनामुळे प्रशिक्षणार्थींना कौशल्य विकास, रोजगाराच्या संधी व आत्मनिर्भरतेबाबत मोलाचे मार्गदर्शन मिळाले. कार्यक्रमाचे सूत्रसंचालन व आभार प्रदर्शन विद्यार्थ्यांच्या माध्यमातून करण्यात आले. उपस्थित मान्यवरांनी संस्थेच्या कार्याचे कौतुक करून पुढील उपक्रमांसाठी शुभेच्छा दिल्या.

सदर कार्यक्रम अत्यंत उत्साहात व यशस्वीरित्या पार पडला.

सेवा सामाजिक विकास संस्थेत क्रांतीज्योती सावित्रीबाई फुले जयंती सामाजिक परिवर्तनाच्या संदेशासह साजरी

सातारा : सेवा सामाजिक विकास संस्थेत क्रांतीज्योती सावित्रीबाई फुले यांची जयंती अत्यंत प्रेरणादायी, विचारप्रवर्तक व सामाजिक बांधिलकीच्या वातावरणात साजरी करण्यात आली. या कार्यक्रमास संस्थेमध्ये Certificate Course in Retail Sales and Customer Services तसेच Certificate Course in Hotel Management या अभ्यासक्रमांचे प्रशिक्षण घेणारे विद्यार्थी आणि स्पर्धा परीक्षा मार्गदर्शन वर्गातील विद्यार्थी मोठ्या संख्येने उपस्थित होते.

या कार्यक्रमास संस्थेच्या व्यवस्थापकीय संचालिका ज्योती मॅडम, तसेच सेजल मॅडम, मिथिल सर, शशिकांत सर आणि देवराज सर यांची प्रमुख उपस्थिती होती. संस्थेतील सर्व शिक्षकवृंद, मार्गदर्शक व कर्मचारी वर्गानेही या उपक्रमात उत्स्फूर्त सहभाग नोंदवला.

कार्यक्रमाची सुरुवात क्रांतीज्योती सावित्रीबाई फुले यांच्या प्रतिमेचे पूजन व अभिवादन करून करण्यात आली. यावेळी त्यांच्या जीवनकार्यावर सविस्तर मार्गदर्शन करण्यात आले. सावित्रीबाई फुले या केवळ पहिल्या महिला शिक्षिका नव्हत्या, तर त्या सामाजिक क्रांतीच्या अग्रदूत होत्या. त्यांनी शिक्षणाच्या माध्यमातून स्त्रिया, दलित व वंचित समाजघटकांना आत्मसन्मानाने जगण्याचा मार्ग दाखवला, असे वक्त्यांनी नमूद केले.

“शिक्षण हे अज्ञान दूर करणारे आणि माणसाला माणूस बनवणारे साधन आहे” हा सावित्रीबाई फुले यांचा विचार यावेळी अधोरेखित करण्यात आला. समाजातील अंधश्रद्धा, जातीय विषमता आणि स्त्री-पुरुष भेदभाव नष्ट करण्यासाठी शिक्षणाशिवाय पर्याय नाही, हे त्यांनी आपल्या कृतीतून सिद्ध केले. सामाजिक विरोध, अपमान व अन्याय सहन करूनही त्यांनी शिक्षणाचा दिवा अखंड तेवत ठेवला, ही बाब आजच्या पिढीसाठी अत्यंत प्रेरणादायी असल्याचे सांगण्यात आले.

“स्त्री शिक्षित झाली तर कुटुंब, समाज आणि देश प्रगती करतो” हा सावित्रीबाई फुले यांचा विचार आजही तितकाच महत्त्वाचा असल्याचे यावेळी स्पष्ट करण्यात आले. शिक्षण हे केवळ नोकरी मिळवण्याचे साधन नसून सामाजिक समता, स्वातंत्र्य, स्वाभिमान आणि न्याय मिळवून देणारे प्रभावी अस्त्र आहे, असा संदेश विद्यार्थ्यांना देण्यात आला.

कार्यक्रमात Retail Sales and Customer Services तसेच Hotel Management अभ्यासक्रमातील विद्यार्थ्यांनी सावित्रीबाई फुले यांच्या विचारांवर आधारित मनोगते व्यक्त केली. शिक्षणाचा उपयोग समाजातील दुर्बल घटकांच्या उन्नतीसाठी करणे, अन्यायाविरुद्ध आवाज उठवणे आणि समानतेवर आधारित समाजनिर्मितीसाठी योगदान देण्याचा संकल्प विद्यार्थ्यांनी यावेळी व्यक्त केला.

कार्यक्रमाचे आयोजन संस्थेच्या शिक्षकवृंद व व्यवस्थापनाच्या मार्गदर्शनाखाली करण्यात आले. अशा महापुरुषांच्या विचारांवर आधारित उपक्रमांमुळे तरुण पिढीला योग्य दिशा मिळून सुसंस्कृत, समताधिष्ठित व प्रगत समाजनिर्मितीस चालना मिळेल, असा विश्वास यावेळी व्यक्त करण्यात आला. कार्यक्रमाचा समारोप क्रांतीज्योती सावित्रीबाई फुले यांना भावपूर्ण अभिवादन करून करण्यात आला.

have entered into a Memorandum of Understanding *on 15th December 2025* under the Godrej Disha – Ensuring Employability initiative.
Aligned with the Godrej Group’s Good & Green CSR vision, this collaboration aims to establish *Community youth leaning center a Study Centre-cum-Library at Tambati Village, Raigad District, Maharashtra,* creating an inclusive learning ecosystem for rural youth and community members.
The initiative will support competitive examination preparation, career guidance, awareness of government schemes, and promote a strong reading and learning culture among children, youth, women, and senior citizens.
