"ROSHNI (Sanstha)– It was vision of its founders, which conceived in 2013 and incorporated in in India in 2014. Roshni team comprises of eminent professionals and social activists from multi-discipline and multi-sector backgrounds across the country that share a common platform of thinking and vision and do their bit towards the deprived and underprivileged community and peoples with an
intention to put collective efforts to work together and gather people who find themselves inspired to uplift the lives of those people who grow with inadequate education, healthcare, resources and psychological supports. Our focus has been first and foremost to work on the ground to bring positive change in lives of deprived society and we have been making equal efforts to sustain this change. Currently we are small in group but our consistent hard work and good wills towards the society is increasing our numbers with the time. Vision

Our focus and sole reason for existence is the underprivileged people, especially the rural and urban workers, deprived communities such as "Eu**ch" and "Prostitutes". We want an equal socio-economical platform or society for them so that they can also live a normal human life like us. Organisation and sensitisation of the community is the approach through which empowerment, capacity building and social transformation are attempted. Mission
Our mission is to utilize our current and the available resources in such a way that their uses can lead to substantial improvement in the quality of life of the people with whom work is being done. Promoting health and literacy to be self-reliant and dignified and enjoy a sustainable quality of life by door to door visit, educational and medical camps in the slums and traffic signals. Raising awareness through promotion of holistic development approach (physical, emotional, psychological, and social) for a healthy lifestyle amongst children, youth, and women using various media such as print media, street plays, skill and personality development training, and motivational camps. Inspiring people individually by personal visits and giving their life a new way towards enlightenment by moral and value-based education. Bringing the focus of rehabilitation on agriculture in the rural areas by providing knowledge and information about governmental and non-governmental funds in their areas and increase the ratio and causes of employment to stop the abscond of workers from the rural areas towards the cities. To stop the female foeticide, rapes, household crimes, and population hike, by motivating women during pregnancy, providing them knowledge and skills of self defence, and their basic rights. Providing education to the illiterate people to stop female foeticide, taking girls and boys with equal hands as they have equal rights, control the household crimes against women in various socially and educationally backward areas of India.
