Indian Social Responsibility Network - ISRN Indian Social Responsibility Network is playing the role of a catalyst to bridge the gap between the govt., CSR and grassroots organizations.

The Indian Social Responsibility Network (ISRN) is a Not-For-Profit multi-dimensional facilitation network, established in July 2014, in the domain for Sustainable Development in India. We have created a result-oriented platform among professionals from diverse disciplines, sectors and backgrounds with a vision and mission to channelize all relevant agencies to provide services to the unreachable

parts of our society. This common platform was needed to synergize the Corporate, Grassroots organizations and the Government to establish as a network to ensure inclusive and sustainable growth to reach all facets of community with utmost efficiency. As we believe in more opportunities for relationship building, where the corporate institutions with their resources, technical skills and policies of the government could be planned jointly in such a way that collaboration of the key stakeholders could play pivotal roles for the effective utilization of the CSR funds and grants. ISRN has been able to deliver on the lines of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) (Goal no; 1:No Poverty, 3:Good Health & Well Being, 4:Quality Education, 5:Gender Equality, 6: Clean Water Sanitation, 7: Affordable and Clean Energy, 10: Reduced Inequality, 11: Sustainable Cities and Communities, 13: Climate Action, 16: Peace and Justice Strong Institutions & 17: Partnership to Achieve the Goal), initiating the result-oriented impactful sustainable solutions in the sectors pertaining to Health, Education and Agriculture. The vision of the organization is to see, India attain the status of a Developed Country, and to enabling the community, bridge up disparities that are caused as a result of uneven distribution, poor implementation and reach of programs and resources.

The final day of the "Regional Workshop for Lead CSOs" under the USAID-funded PRERANA project in Guwahati, Assam, was all about turning plans into action!

ISRN and the other seven Lead CSOs worked collaboratively on the blueprint of their work plans, aligning activities and indicators to maximize impact. Through an engaging brainstorming session with PROJECT PRERANA Consortium partners, they refined their strategies and prepared impactful presentations.

The day culminated with each Lead CSO presenting their work plans, incorporating valuable feedback, and finalizing them to ensure effective implementation.
Together, we’re moving closer to strengthening Family Planning and SRH access across the Northeast!

Empowering Local Action for advancing SRH in Northeast India!
ISRN is excited to join "Regional Workshop for Lead CSO" organized under USAID funded PRERANA project, in Guwahati, Assam, from November 12th to 14th, 2024. The first day, graced by Ms. Monica Wahengbam, Chief of Party for the PRERANA Project, brought together Lead CSOs of 8 North-Eastern states to strengthen community-driven approaches to Sexual and Reproductive Health (SRH) in the Northeast. Through in-depth discussions, we gained valuable insights into PRERANA's objectives, explored essential FP/SRH concepts, and analyzed the strategic roles of Lead CSOs. Key highlights included SNA mapping, deliverables review, MEL protocols, and the importance of youth engagement in shaping impactful pilot interventions. Together, we’re advancing SRH access in the region!
