Suma Blessings Foundation The Suma Blessing Foundation, established in May 2021, is a Non-Profit Organization dedicated to the country's development. A. B. C. D. E.

Its mission encompasses various sectors, including Healthcare, Education, Food & Nutrition, Art & culture, and more. To help alleviate poverty by enabling access to the basic necessities of life
including safe and nutritious food; clean and safe drinking water; shelter;
education; medicine; and livelihoods for people deprived from such access. To promote social welfare activities intended for the general welfare of the public
such as welfare of the destitute, family, women, children, orphans, senior citizens
and the handicapped, and assistance in cases of calamity, un-employment, under
employment, old age, sickness, disablement and other cases of deserving needs. To give, provide and/or render legal, medical, socio-economic/financial and all
available means of help and assistance including implementation of any scheme
for providing livelihood and upliftment of the poor, deserving and other needy
persons. To encourage sports by providing coaching, training, equipment, guidance,
financial assistance and other means of help to the less privileged persons. To promote and conduct activities for the welfare of animals including stray and
sick animals.

We had an insightful "Breast Cancer Awareness & Women’s Health Session" with Dr. Shalu, focusing on breast cancer awareness, risk factors, symptoms, prevention, early detection, and the challenges women may face during and after treatment.

One of the key highlights was learning about the research being carried out by students from Gargi College to develop an artificial/prosthetic bra for women who have undergone breast-related medical procedures or treatment.

The aim is to create a lightweight, practical, and easy-to-use solution that can support women in their everyday lives.

Awareness creates understanding.
Research creates solutions.
Together, we can create change.

Suma blessings foundation Celebrating the Teachers Who Inspire, Support & Understand

Teacher’s Day was celebrated with love, gratitude, and joy at Suma Blessings Foundation.

On this special occasion, gifts were distributed among the children, and they were encouraged to understand the importance of gratitude, respect, and appreciation in our everyday lives.

The children also created beautiful handmade greeting cards for their teachers and expressed their heartfelt “Thank You” for always supporting, guiding, encouraging, and understanding them.

These little gestures remind us that education is not only about learning from books — it is also about learning kindness, gratitude, respect, and compassion.

Periods: A Natural Process, Not a Taboo 🌸

At Suma Blessings Foundation Centres, we conducted an important awareness session with women on menstrual health, period safety and hygiene. đź©· We discussed why periods happen, the importance of maintaining hygiene during menstruation, changing sanitary pads regularly, proper disposal of used pads, and staying comfortable and healthy throughout the menstrual cycle.
We also spoke about common period pain, cramps, weakness and emotional changes, and encouraged women to understand their bodies and seek proper medical guidance when symptoms are severe or unusual.

Along with the awareness session, sanitary pads were distributed to support women in maintaining safe and hygienic menstrual practices. The session also created a safe space where women could ask questions, share their experiences and talk openly about periods without shame or hesitation.

Periods are a normal part of a woman’s life. There should be no shame in talking about them—only awareness, care, dignity and support. ❤️

The Suma Blessings Foundation Team visited Nangli Vihar Extension, Baprola, Delhi, to understand the living conditions and basic needs of families and children in the community.

What we witnessed was deeply emotional. Temporary shelters, poor sanitation, waste around living areas, and limited access to basic necessities reflect the difficult circumstances many families are facing.
But beyond these hardships, we saw innocent children with hopeful eyes and dreams of a better tomorrow. ❤️

Every child deserves nutritious food, clean surroundings, proper clothing, education, and a safe place to grow. No child should have to grow up without access to basic necessities.
