About Rekha Jhingan
Rekha Jhingan, Founder and Director of Sahaj Sambhav, has devoted more than 20 years of her life to social service, rehabilitation, and community empowerment. Her journey began from a deeply personal experience. Watching her husband, a talented sports player, struggle with addiction exposed her to the devastating impact substance abuse can have on individuals and families.
Rather than allowing this challenge to define her family, Rekha Ji transformed her pain into purpose. She committed herself to understanding addiction, recovery, and rehabilitation, and dedicated her life to helping others facing similar battles. What started as a personal mission gradually evolved into Sahaj Sambhav—a beacon of hope for countless individuals and families.
Today, her work has touched the lives of hundreds of people through counseling, rehabilitation, awareness programs, and community support initiatives.
