On 2nd April 2026, we concluded the FFE–Danfoss Mentorship Program with a virtual closure session, celebrating a year of impact and growth.

This structured program connected 18 dedicated Danfoss mentors with FFE scholars for regular one-on-one interactions. Over the past year, mentors volunteered their time to build scholars’ employability skills, confidence, and career clarity.

A total of 18 mentors participated in the programme, strengthening scholars’ employability skills, confidence and career clarity.

Mentors did an amazing job and completed the program successfully, showcasing the dedication and enthusiasm of everyone involved. Mentors talking about mentees' curiosity and achievements were a highlight. The mentoring closure session celebrated the outcomes of this cycle and set the stage for 2026-27 mentoring cycle.

Access to higher education continues to be a dream for many, especially for first-generation learners.

Through the FFE–Carl Bechem Scholarship Program, 155 scholars have been supported since FY 2019–20, with many successfully graduating and others continuing their academic journeys across fields such as engineering, medicine, law, and pharmacy.

With a strong presence across 20+ states and a majority of scholars coming from rural backgrounds, the program focuses on reaching high-potential students who often lack access to opportunities.

On 8th April, our FFE-Firstsource scholars participated in an inspiring and interactive session with leaders from Firstsource, a long-term donor partner with FFE. The scholars shared their journeys and experiences of the scholarship program and asked thoughtful questions about careers, skill development, and future opportunities.

The Firstsource Leaders addressed the scholars, offering valuable insights and guidance that were truly motivating. Along with their CSR Team, we were joined by these Firstsource Leaders who addressed the scholars:

Through the FFE–RIST Rural Healthcare Scholarship Program, we are supporting 325 aspiring doctors from rural India, enabling them to pursue their dreams and, in turn, strengthen healthcare access where it is needed the most.
