Karnataka Tourism Forum (KTF) successfully curated and conducted a unique two-day Tourism Discovery Tour to Mysuru on 29th & 30th August 2026, taking tourism professionals beyond the familiar and into a world of hidden stories, cultural experiences and emerging attractions.

From the vibrant folk traditions of Janapada Loka to the intellectual heritage of the Oriental Research Institute, and from spiritual landmarks to unique museums and authentic culinary experiences — the journey showcased a different side of Mysuru waiting to be discovered and promoted.

Dear CC Team & KTF Members,

A heartfelt thank you to each one of you for your support, presence, and contribution in making today's Wellness Tourism Forum a grand success.

It was wonderful to witness the participation of around 60 delegates, including travel agents, bloggers, travel & food writers, content creators, influencers, wellness experts, media representatives, and tourism stakeholders. Your enthusiasm and active interaction made the event truly engaging and meaningful.

The event beautifully broadened our understanding of wellness tourism beyond spas, highlighting the immense potential of Ayurveda, holistic healing, yoga, meditation, mental wellness, preventive healthcare, and other wellness modalities. The insightful presentations, engaging panel discussions, and interactions with industry experts provided valuable knowledge and a fresh perspective on the growing opportunities in wellness tourism.

This initiative is a significant step towards positioning Karnataka as a leading Wellness Tourism destination, creating new avenues for the travel fraternity while showcasing the state's rich wellness ecosystem.
