ينفّذ لقاءً تعريفيًا بخدماته القانونية وحقوق المرأة
نفّذ مركز الدراسات النسوية لقاءً تعريفيًا بخدمات المركز القانونية، قدّمته المحامية ميسم سمودي، بهدف التعريف بطبيعة الخدمات القانونية التي يقدمها المركز للنساء، وتعزيز الوعي بالحقوق القانونية وآليات المطالبة بها وحمايتها.
واستعرضت المحامية سمودي خلال اللقاء دور المركز في تقديم الدعم والمساندة القانونية للنساء، وأهمية التمكين القانوني في تعزيز قدرة المرأة على معرفة حقوقها والوصول إلى العدالة، مع الإشارة إلى أبرز القضايا التي تحتاج فيها النساء إلى الاستشارة والمساندة القانونية، لا سيما القضايا المرتبطة بالأحوال الشخصية والعلاقات الأسرية.
ويأتي هذا اللقاء ضمن جهود مركز الدراسات النسوية الرامية إلى نشر الثقافة القانونية، وتعزيز الوعي بحقوق النساء، ودعم وصولهن إلى العدالة، بما يسهم في الحد من ضياع الحقوق الناتج عن نقص المعرفة القانونية أو الممارسات الاجتماعية الخاطئة
The Women’s Studies Centre – Jenin Branch held an awareness session introducing the Centre’s legal services, delivered by lawyer Maisam Samoudi, with the aim of introducing the nature of the legal services provided by the Centre to women and raising awareness of legal rights and the mechanisms for claiming and protecting them.
During the session, lawyer Samoudi reviewed the Centre’s role in providing legal support and assistance to women, and the importance of legal empowerment in strengthening women’s ability to know their rights and access justice. She also highlighted the main issues for which women need legal consultation and support, particularly those related to personal status law and family relations.
This session comes as part of the Women’s Studies Centre’s efforts to promote legal literacy, raise awareness of women’s rights, and support their access to justice, contributing to preventing the loss of rights resulting from a lack of legal knowledge or incorrect social practices.
