🎯 MEMBERSHIP MONDAY
Gen Z isn't looking for another meeting.
They're looking for purpose.
Research shows that younger generations want to be part of organizations that align with their values and create real impact. The good news? That's exactly what Rotary does every day.
🌎 Cleaning up our Great Lakes
🥪 Packing food for children
🧠 Supporting mental health initiatives
☮️ Building peace in our communities and around the world
The question isn't:
❓ "How do we attract Gen Z?"
The better question is:
❓ "Are we showing them the impact we're already making?"
People join causes before they join organizations. When young professionals, former Rotaractors, Interactors, Youth Exchange students, and community volunteers see Rotary in action, they discover a place where they can make a difference while building friendships and leadership skills.
This week, invite someone to join you at a service project, volunteer activity, or club event.
One invitation could change a life and strengthen Rotary's future.
