What a fabulous morning we had with Messy Tots for Little Ones. Such excitement from the kiddies to see all the amazing toys, sensory messy play and brilliant dancing and 🫧 bubbles to finish. An amazing experience, thanks so much Magda. 😍

Parent and child massage taster classes this Wednesday evening.
Massage can help with sleep, relaxation, and emotional connection, but more than anything, it’s just a lovely way to spend time together and really tune into your child.

If it feels like something you’d enjoy, I’d absolutely love to have you there on Wednesday… and feel free to share this with any other parent who might need a little pause too

A date for your diary.... Messy Tots for Little Ones is coming to our baby/toddler group on Thursday 21st May. We are so excited for all things sensory, messy and FUN!
Places are limited so book early to avoid disappointment.

Empower invites you to join our upcoming ‘Baby Food Made Easy’ workshop. It is FREE and is delivered every month, online by HSE Community Dietitians.

Workshops are aimed at parents who are starting or thinking about starting weaning and would like to get more information and have their questions answered. The workshop will also include some food safety information and a cookery demonstration.

Join us this month on Tuesday 28th April 2026 from 10:00am-11:30am.
