This Festival titled Mac Luí is intended to become an annual legacy project, hence the name Mac (meaning son of) and Luí derived from William Neeson, the architect tasked with planning the town of Westport 250 years ago. This festival will include an array of live performances, workshops and exhibitions that will strive to nurture children’s creative intuition and give a unique insight to how children see the shape of the world around them. Why attend this workshop?
Dr. Norah Sweetman has been involved in education, training and development for 30 years, at primary and secondary level, adult education and specialised programmes. She is currently tutoring and lecturing on postgraduate programmes at Trinity College and Hibernia College, with a specialist interest in trauma-informed training and practice.

Michelle Hughes has just completed her MSC with a dissertation titled: 'Can EFT reduce stress and anxiety among family carers ' which produced very positive results.

Their workshops are engaging and participants leave with take home skills to reduce in the moment and long term stress issues.
What participants have said after workshops
"I laughed when I was able to run up the stairs pain free and realized it worked"
'I was surprised at how effective the tapping was so quickly'
'Self-regulation came easily"
