What a few days for our own Jack caulfield . After finishing 7th in the JDC grading order of Merit after 24 weeks he secured his spot on the Ireland team for the 5 Nations in Scotland in August. Today he made it to the quarter finals of event 9 of the JDC Éire tour which was enough to take his place on the Ireland A Team for the JDC World Cup in Gibraltar in November. Such a fantastic achievement for you Jack and we are all very proud of you and know you will represent your county and country with pride..🇮🇪🎯👏🔵⚪

Don’t forget to pop in to Bernard’s place a pass on your experience to our younger boys . All your hard work and dedication is paying off young man . Well done from us all in the manor St John youth services 🎯🎯

Best of luck to our member James dalton and his Waterford Kennedy cup team mates as they play Donegal in the Kennedy cup bowl final at 2.10pm today .

Team has played well all week. narrowly finishing 2nd behind cork in group stages , the group are unbeaten with 2 draws and 3 wins . Let’s hope they can cap off a brillant week by picking up victory on the bowl final .

Everybody in the manor St John are proud of the effort and performances James has done through out the week , and all his team mates performances too . So best of luck today waterford Kennedy cup squad 2026 ⚽️⚽️⚽️

Trip to abbey foot golf in Wexford for our secondary school summer camp ⚽️⚽️ a very competitive game between our boys .

The eventual winner was Bobby beating Charlie bye 1 shot 👌 well done to all the boys even with the wind and rain boys had a smile on there faces 👌👌 keep up the great work boys 😁😁

Our primary school support club is still up and running in Bernard’s place . More activities happening over past few days for all groups ⚽️⚽️🎾🎾🎾 🎯🎯🎯

Great to see all our groups working as a team and learning new skills in our great outdoor space ☀️☀️

Best of luck to James dalton who will travel to Limerick tomorrow morning with the Waterford Kennedy Cup squad.
James who is very confident and his hard work and dedication to playing on goal for his county has shown in recent months . Enjoy the experience . I no all his friends and volunteers in MSJ youth services will be shouting him on all week.
James and his teammates will kick off the tournament tomorrow evening at 6pm V Longford followed by two matches on Tuesday V South Tipp at 10am and Cork at 4pm.
This is a proud moment personally for James and his family and friends.

News came back on Friday evening from Limerick. Waterford had been crowned gaynor cup bowl winners. It was a fantastic achievement for all the players and management .

A special mention to our own Hollie Murphy Roche who took a crucial penalty in sudden death to make it 4-3 to the Waterford girls . All your hard work and determination is paying off . A proud moment for Hollie and family ⚽️⚽️

All in the manor St John would like to pass on our best of luck to hollie Murphy roche as she takes part in the gaynor cup bowl final in limerick on Friday .

After excellent performances all week from hollie and her team mates . They have one more game to cap off a brilliant week for everybody representing there county Waterford . Super achievement and great spirit and team work shown all week .
