Men's Health Week 2026 is here! This year's theme is 'One Step at a Time' – a reminder that improving your health and wellbeing doesn't have to involve big changes overnight.
Whether it's taking a short walk, calling a friend, getting a health check, or making time to relax, every positive step counts. Progress, not perfection.

12/06/2026

“Perfect” is not the goal this Men’s Health Week. Progress is.

One Step at a Time means making realistic changes that support your health and wellbeing:
🚶 taking a short walk
🥗 improving your diet
🚭 cutting back on smoking
🧠 checking in on your mental health

Every positive step counts.

Today, 11 June, marks International Day of Play 2026. 🎈

This year’s theme, “Protect Play, Protect Childhood,” highlights the importance of ensuring all children have opportunities to play, explore, imagine and connect with others.

Play supports children’s learning, wellbeing, creativity, communication and sense of belonging, while also helping to build important social and emotional skills.

International Day of Play is a reminder that play is not just fun - it is a fundamental part of childhood and every child’s development.
