WHAT A GREAT FUN FILLED FAMILY DAY!!!!
The sun eventually shone for us as the picturesque grounds of Donegal Castle came alive on Saturday last for our Cruinniú na nÓg Event. CreativeIrl
From start to finish it was a hive of activity with children unleashing their creative sparks, being mesmerised with live colorful performances and storytelling from In Your Space Circus & Really Grand Events.
The air was full of magic with Magic by MJ. MJ Feeney - The Magical Hypnotist
There was no end to the queue for the very popular Face painting by Anne & Christina Donegal Castle, Play leaders from DFRC Donegal provided many different Arts & Craft stations; Coaster decorating, roll painting and a few magic wands were made!
Togetherness and connection were in abundance with the Drum Circles. Lots of energy, rhythm and music filled the air!!
You could sense the competitiveness as children from all dominations and ages played together with the “Let’s Play Donegal” Large wooden toys. Even the adults joined!!
There were some great Railway themed colouring posters on display, they trained in a few engine drivers, batteries ran down on a couple of train sets at the Railway Heritage Museum Stand.
