Solas Donegal Encouraging Positive Mental Health through Outdoor Recreation. Walking, talking and listening in the

Solas is a HSE rehabilitative training programme based in the scenic coastal village of Falcarragh, in North-West Donegal. The programme engages people who have been involved with the mental health system in outdoor group activities. The basis of the programme is walking, talking and listening. Various other outdoor activities run at different times throughout the year and personal development, community placement and lifeskills training modules are also integral aspects of the programme.
