Hi everyone,

We need 25 volunteers to help out at the 10k on Monday 4th May. Volunteers must be over 18. Please text the group (0861058086) if you are available so I can pass your name and number on to the 10k committee.

Our group has been selected as one of the charities to benefit from the North West 10K this year.

We will be using the funds to support the mental health of our parents/carers.

We would love if you could support our group by sponsoring our parents that will be taking part in the 10k.

We are delighted to have been selected as one of the charities to benefit from the North West 10K this year.

We are a charity run by parents who have children/adults with an autism diagnosis. We offer support to families, run various activities and facilitate training courses. This year, we would also like to focus on parental/carers mental health.

We look forward to working with the other two charities selected, No Barriers Foundation and Alcohol Forum Ireland.

We would like to thank the committee of the North West 10k for giving us this great opportunity. It is much appreciated.
