KREE is a not-for-profit voluntary community organisation with charitable status, holding a number of heritage buildings and amenity areas

The Kells Community Hub Fundraising Events Committee would like to sincerely thank everyone who contributed in any way to their Annual Kells Kings Charity Cycle & Monster Raffle over the weekend.Also a huge thanks to Mary Theresa Power for organizing the Annual Lighting of the Bridge .
Special thanks to motte and bailey kells bar lounge, CJ. Delaney, for hosting our event & Peter Roberts Padmore & Barnes for the sound system on the day

A fitting end to a day that was dedicated to raising money for survivors and victims of cancer. We remembered friends, neighbours, family members that have left this world and those who are dealing with pain and loss. We sent light to people abroad and let them know we are thinking about them and sent strength and hope to friends fighting to stay in this world surrounded by family and friends. Fundraisers and events like the Cois Nore Cycle can only happen with the support of services, neighbours, friends, cyclists and the men and women who stood in the rain directing and encouraging cyclists as they made their way to their destination. Thanks in particular to all the Marshalls who kept everything running smoothly at some tricky junctions and bends. Ye got soaked! Lovely food along the way. Well done to the welcome received in Inistigue and the delicious food.
