✨PILATES IS BACK!✨
My Pilates classes return to Connect Studio Waterford from Tuesday 8th September🤍

These are mixed-level, beginner-friendly classes, so whether you’re completely new to Pilates or have been practising for years, you’re always welcome to join🤍

Pilates is a great way to build strength, improve mobility, support your posture and reconnect with your body, all while moving at a pace that feels good for you.

Class Times;
✨ Tuesdays — 6:15pm
✨ Saturdays — 9:45am

Booking is essential! Our classes regularly book out each week, so pre-booking is recommended to avoid missing your spot.

You can choose:
•6-Week Block — €70
A discounted option with priority booking.
•PAYG — €13 per class

Priority is given to those who block book, so if you know Pilates is something you want to commit to, the 6-week option is the best way to secure your place.

*Historic Walk through Slieverue Village*

Éigse Sliabh Rua invites you to join us on Sunday, 23 August at 11.30am for a guided historic walk led by Katherine Grant.

Beginning in the Slieverue of the 1950s, the walk will explore the foundation of the vocational school and parish hall, alongside the changing economic and social history of the village. As we revisit familiar places, we will also recall some of the memorable people and characters who helped shape the community.

We will meet outside the church gates at 11.30am and conclude with a cup of tea and an opportunity to share memories in the parish hall.

LOST LAPTOP.

Message received regarding a lost laptop.

Hi there, could I appeal to your followers if they could keep a look out for a black case with a laptop in it ,its about the same shape as a PlayStation Portable and has a handle on the case , we think we lost it between Drumdowney and Ferrybank, we would be very grateful to get it back as it has a lot of important information on it , thank you 😊
