๐ŸŒ How can low-carbon gases help accelerate Europe's energy transition?

South East Energy Agency recently participated in the 4th Interregional Event of the UNIFHY project in Aalborg, Denmark, where partners and stakeholders explored innovative solutions including green hydrogen, biomethane, Power-to-X technologies, and carbon capture systems.

The event featured technical visits to GrรธnGas, a pioneering renewable gas facility, and Aalborg Portland Cement, where large-scale carbon capture technologies are helping decarbonise industrial processes.

The knowledge gained through UNIFHY will help inform regional discussions and future policy development around renewable and low-carbon fuels in Ireland.
