💜💛 3rd Mary Mitchell née Curley Memorial Walk 💛💜

We are delighted to invite everyone to join us for the 3rd Annual Memorial Walk in memory of Mary Mitchell née Curley, taking place at beautiful Lough Talt, Co. Sligo.

📅 Saturday, 12th September
📍 Starting & finishing at Lough Talt Church – F91 HK29
📝 Registration from 10am
🚶 Walk starts at 11am
💶 Registration: €20

After the walk, everyone is welcome to enjoy tea, coffee and sandwiches together. ☕🥪

Most importantly, all proceeds raised will be donated to Sligo Cancer Support Centre, Tubbercurry, supporting the wonderful work they do for people with cancer and their families.

Whether you knew Mary personally or simply want to support a very worthy cause, we would love to see you there. Bring along your family and friends and join us for a lovely morning of walking, remembering and supporting an incredible local service.

Come out this Sunday to Castleconnor Community Centre to support the Castleconnor Community First Responders - CFR Group vehicle run!
Always a great day for all and a spectacle of vehicles to be seen!
Whether you have a vintage car or a tractor, a bike or scooter, a lorry or a bus they cannot wait to welcome you on Sunday 16th August.

Registration from 12-2pm and the run takes place at 2pm!

The first responders is an incredibly important team around our community and they deserve all the support we can give.

If you cannot attend on the day there is also a donate where you can donate to this worthy committee!

Cardiac arrest can happen anywhere, at any time — at home, on a sports field, at work or in our community.

When it happens, early CPR and early access to a defibrillator can make a vital difference.

That’s why the work of Community First Responders and the availability of publicly accessible defibrillators are so important.

Here in Castleconnor, our volunteer CFR Group responds to emergency calls in our wider community and continues to invest in the equipment and defibrillators needed to help us be there when someone needs us most.

🚜🚗 This Sunday, 16th August, our Annual Vehicle Run takes place in aid of Castleconnor CFR.
📍 Castleconnor Community Centre & Sports Complex
🕛 Registration from 12pm
🚗 Run departs at 2pm

Every person who takes part, donates or supports the event is helping us to keep lifesaving equipment in our community and our responders ready to answer the next call.

We hope to see a great crowd out on Sunday. ❤️
