Have you given birth in Ireland in the past 12 months?

Researchers at Trinity College Dublin are inviting women to take part in a short online interview about their experiences of consent to medical interventions during pregnancy, childbirth, or immediately after birth.

The CONTENT Study (Consent for Medically Indicated Interventions in Childbirth) aims to better understand how consent is experienced in Irish maternity care, and to ensure that women’s voices help inform future improvements in services.
Taking part involves a one-to-one online interview lasting approximately 20 minutes, at a time that suits you.
You may be eligible if you:
• are 18 years or older
• have given birth in Ireland within the past 12 months
• experienced a medical intervention
• were not under the care of a high-risk clinic during pregnancy

If you are interested in taking part or would like more information, please contact: Dr Susan Hannon at; [email protected].
