Want to learn more about Heart and Blood Pressure Health?

On Friday (22nd) at 12.30pm, the HSE Cardiac Rehabilitation Team will provide a
FREE Heart Health Talk and Blood Pressure checks in Cloughjordan Library……all welcome along!

The session will offer practical advice on looking after your heart health, understanding blood pressure, and making positive lifestyle choices to support overall wellbeing with
HSE Ireland.

1 day to go to our annual 5K fundraiser for . Were delighted as a community to be able to make a donation each year to this fantastic charity and support service. So come along to Ballingarry tomorrow and if a 5K isn’t your thing, then there will be coffee, cake and a chat in the Community Hall and we’d love to see you there. Registration opens at 10.15 and walk starts at 11am.

NEXT WEEKEND - we are hosting our charity 5km Fun Run in aid of North Tipp Hospice on Sunday. Participants are welcome to walk, run (or shuffle!) around the scenic route. Registration is €10, with children going free. Coffee and cake afterwards-everybody welcome , so please spread the word with family and friends!

Ballingarry Tidy Towns will be kick starting the festive season with the switching on of the lights in the picnic area on Friday 28th November at 7pm followed by refreshments afterwards in The Glue Pot. All are most welcome 🎄

Ballingarry Tidy towns are holding a clothes collection on 24th and 27th November and 1st and 4th December. This will give you all time to de-clutter and get rid of unwanted men’s, women’s and children’s reusable clean clothes and paired shoes. Bags can be dropped to the Community Hall between 7 and 8 on the above dates . Ballingarry Tidy Towns Committee would like to thank you for your continued support.
