CALLING MEN AND WOMEN IN THE BALLNA/KNOCKMORE AREA
NEW EXERCISE CLASSES FOR THE OVER 55's
We are delighted to be bringing our classes to North Mayo.
Regular exercise is important at any stage of our lives, BUT PARTICULARLY AS WE GET A BIT OLDER.
Turn back the clock with our fun and friendly exercise classes to
improve your
- balance & confidence
- mobility & flexibility
- strength & independence
Feel better, stronger and fitter by attending regularly - it's not only good for physical health, but undeniably helps to keep us mentally as well.
Classes take place in the big hall on the ground floor in Knockmore Rathduff Resource Centre every Thursday at 10.30 am. No need to book, just come along on the day. We will be really happy to see you. Wear comfortable clothes and footwear (preferably trainers), and bring a bottle of water. We look after everything else. Sure, we'd love to see you
Oh, and we exercise to really great music which we know you will enjoy.
And better still, YOUR FIRST CLASS IS FREE! Our classes are €8.00 and it's pay as you go.
