Are you ready to get fitter, stronger and healthier in a friendly, supportive class? Move it or Lose it Mayo are starting up with their Thursday morning classes -10.30am in Knockmore & Rathduff Resource Centre on the 17th September.
This class is for the over-55s, or anyone who hasn't exercised in a while and would like to participate in low impact, moderate exercise. The classes include cardio, strength, balance and fun. You can stand or sit during the class. No need to book, just come along on the day. If you are new to Move it or Lose it classes, your first class is free.
